When using the immersion blender, basic safety precautions
should always be followed:
1. Read all instructions before operation.
2. This appliance should not be used near children, or
individuals with certain disabilities.
3. This appliance is not intended for use by persons
(including children) with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliances by a person
responsible for their safety.
4. DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN TO OPERATE UNDER ANY
CIRCUMSTANCE.
5. Unplug the cooker when not in use. Never unplug by
pulling the cord, always grab the base of the head
when unplugging.
6. To avoid injuries, DO NOT touch moving parts.
7. Keep hands and utensils out of the container while
blending. A scraper may be used to empty the
container once the appliance has been turned off.
8. To avoid damage to the blade, do not use to break
ice or with hard and dry substances.
9. DO NOT touch the device or the power cord with wet
hands.
10. Do not use power extension cords. Always plug the
cooker directly into a grounded AC power outlet.

11. This device uses a grounded power cord and requires
a ground connection for safe operation. Ensure that
the power source has a proper ground connection.
Do not modify the plug or use a grounding adapter to
bypass the ground connection.
12. Prior to operation, check the unit and power cord for
physical damage. Do not use if physical damage has
occurred.
13. Before plugging the unit into a power outlet, ensure that
the voltage of the outlet matches that of the unit rating
plate.
14. This cooker has no user serviceable parts. Do not attempt
to open, service, or modify this device.
15. Do not expose this cooker to excessively high
temperatures. Do not place it in, on, or near heat sources
such as a stove, or leave it in direct sunlight.
16. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning.
17. Always unplug the unit prior to changing its accessories.
18. Do not let the power cord hang over the edge of a table
or hot surface.
19. To avoid the risk of electric shock, DO NOT immerse the
upper part of the blender into water or other liquids.
20. When using the chopper, secure the blade inside of
the container prior to connecting the upper part of the
blender. Ensure that the chopper lid is secured in place
before operation. Failure to do so may result in serious
injuries.
21. The use of accessories not recommended by Megachef
may result in damage to the appliance and/or injuries
and will void the warranty.

22. Do not operate this appliance other than its intended
use.
23. Caution should always be observed when handling the
sharp cutting blades, especially whenever emptying the
container and cleaning.

Do not operate the blender for more than 30 seconds
each blending cycle. Allow a 3 minutes resting period
every two consecutive blending cycles.
BLENDING ARM
1. Align the blending arm dips to
the main body release button.
2. Push the blending arm upward
until it clicks. The blending arm
is now securely attached to the
main body.
1. To detach the blending arm, press the release
buttons on both sides of the main body
2. Pull down the blending arm.
ALWAYS GRAB THE BLENDING ARM BY THE HEAD OR THE
SHAFT TO PREVENT INJURIES.
