SAFETY
BEFORE using this product, read this manual and follow all its Safety and Operating
instructions. Failure to do so may result in personal injury and/or property damage.
Retain these instructions for future reference.
Inspect before each use. Do not use if broken, bent, cracked, or damaged parts (including labels) are noted.
During inactivity period, please store the inflator and keep it away from damp, heat, impact, etc.
Important compressed air contains water and oil, use proper air filter between the source and device. Failure to do so
will void the guaranty.
Keep the compressed air inlet pressure within 1241 Kpa / 12.5 BAR / 180 PSI / 12.7 kg/cm2.
ASSEMBLY
Use two spanners when tightening the fittings (input & output) to ensure that they are securely connected.

POWER ON / OFF / LIGHT
A. Press 2 seconds to turn on.
B. Press to turn on the backlight when the device is On.
C. Press 3 seconds to turn off.
UNITS OF MEASUREMENT
The automatic inflator offers you a choice of 4 tire pressure measurement units: BAR, PSI, Kpa and KGF. The selected unit
becomes the default measurement unit; it will not be necessary to change the unit for future use. To choose the desired
unit of measure:
A. Press (SET); (SET) will be displayed on screen, and the current measurement unit will flash.
B. Press (+) or (-) to select the desired measurement unit.
C. Press (SET) to confirm your selection.
OVER-PRESSURE SETTING (OPS)
A. Press (SET) twice; (SET) and (OPS) will be displayed on screen, and the (OPS) indicator will flash.
B. Press (+) or (-) to select the OPS value.
C. Press (SET) to confirm your settings. If the OPS value is not equal to zero, the (OPS) indicator will be visible on the LCD screen.
Important: The sum of the selected inflation pressure and OPS pressure must always be less than the maximum pressure
allowed by the tire manufacturer.
MANUAL INFLATION
The tire inflator will not start automatically if the pressure is lower than 20.7 Kpa / 0.2 BAR / 3 PSI / 0.2 kg/cm2.
A. Press (SET) three times, the current pressure will be shown on the LCD screen.
B. Press (+) to manually start the inflation process.
DEFAULT PRESSURE VALUE
The default pressure value can be modified and will be saved for future use. If the unit of measurement is modified the default
pressure value will reset to its initial value.
A. Press (A) or (B), (A) default value or (B) default value will be shown on the LCD screen.
B. Press (+) or (-) to choose default pressure value.
C. Press (SET) to confirm your settings.
INFLATION AND DEFLATION
A. Press (A) or (B) to select default pressure.
B. Press (+) or (-) to select the target pressure.
C. Connect the air hose to the tire valve, the tire inflator will automatically start.
D. When inflation has been completed, the tire inflator will automatically stop and will emit a beep to alert the user.
E. Disconnect the air hose from the tire.
During the inflation phase, the device automatically checks the tire pressure, and the inflation cycle indicator bars will become active.
The indicator bars will move from left to right during inflation, and from right to left during deflation.
REMARK
OPS SETTING
When OPS function is on, device will inflate to target pressure plus OPS value first, then deflate to tire pressure desired, for example:
A final target of 220.6 Kpa / 2.2 BAR / 32 PSI / 2.3 kg/cm2with an OPS setting of 110 Kpa / 1.1 BAR / 16 PSI / 1.1 kg/cm2gives a
sum of 330.9 Kpa / 3.3 BAR / 48 PSI / 3.4 kg/cm2. This sum of 330.9 Kpa / 3.3 BAR / 48 PSI / 3.4 kg/cm2is the Over Pressure
setting for tire. Tire will inflate to the sum value and deflate to the final target pressure.
Has an initial value of
103.4 Kpa / 1 BAR / 15 PSI / 1.1 kg/cm2.
Has an initial value of
206.8 Kpa / 2.1 BAR / 30 PSI / 2.1 kg/cm2.
