Congratulaons! You’ve made a smart choice by purchasing letown. Letown has both front and
rear cameras, ADAS, parking monitor mode as well as GPS path tracing. Replacing lithium baeries
with the capacitor power supply and OBD power cable, Letown is absolutely safe and durable.

You can choose the funcon you need.This User Manual covers the following 3 models which share
a common video plaorm but include varying add-on features:

DASH CAM FEATURES

Connuous Loop Recording - Footage is stored in 1, 3, or 5 minute clips. When the memory
card fills up, the camera automacally deletes the oldest segments to make room for new ones.
Emergency Recording(SOS) - If you don’t want a clip to be overwrien, simply click the
Emergency Recording buon and the clip will be protected. Clips are automacally protected if
an impact is detected.
G-Sensor - 3-axis accelerometer senses sudden acceleraons, stops, and collisions and
automacally protects footage surrounding the incident.
Parking Monitor - Press OBD “P” to turn on the uninterrupted power supply.Select Camera Mode.
The dash camera will only record video when moon is detected.
(The power would be cut off automacally when the car baery voltage is under 11.6V )
Simple Installaon - Mount the unit on the windshield and apply power. Forget about it. Drive
HD cameras will automacally start recording without the need for complex configuraon.

Built-in Microphone & Speaker - Play back audio with video. The microphone can be easily
toggled off if you prefer not to record audio.
OBD power cable - The OBD power cable is able to not only conuously supply power
without consuming the baery of the vehicle aer flaming off, but aslo leave the cigaree
lighter vacant.
Screen Saver - Turns the screen off aer a set me of no user interacon to prevent driver
distracon. The unit connues recording and the screen can be woken up at any me by
pressing any buon.

CAMERA COMPONENTS
● OBD Radar module Power Cable : LT-Mount-001– Auto switch to parking mode when
you park your car. Triggered by the moon detector, the dash cam will automacally
record when people or things come closer to your car, and automacally power off if
nothing happens aer 30 seconds. It decreases the load on the dash cam, car baery
and memory card to the greatest extent possible and effecvely extends the service life
(powered by OBD power cable, automac protecon for baery under 11.6V low
voltage).
● GPS Mount: LT-Mount-002– Enables dash cams to embed GPS locaon, speed, G-
sensor, and compass informaon into videos.

The functions of Buttons 1-4 are indicated by the icon directly above
each button and change depending on the state of the unit.
(Default is “II” , Please turn the button to “I”
when this function is unable to use.)

To install the Adhesive 3M Windshield Mount peel the
plasc film off of 3M Adhesive. Press the mount to aach
onto the windshield.
Plug one end of the supplied OBD ACC Car Charger into
your vehicle’s OBD socket, and the other end into the
Micro USB port. The unit will automacally turn on and
start recording.
Dash Cams are designed to set and forget. Aer inial
setup, the unit will turn on and start recording as soon
as power is applied. When the Micro SD card is full the
oldest footage will be deleted to make way for the new.
If you witness something that you don’t want to be deleted,
simply press the Emergency Record buon and it will be saved forever.

CAM 1 - To install the Radar and the Adhesive 3M
Windshield Mount peel the plasc film off of
3M Adhesive. Press the mount and radar aach
onto the windshield and insall the CAM1
CAM 2 – Aach CAM 2 to the windshield using the
adhesive tape too. CAM 2 is most commonly installed
facing out the rear on the top center of the rear
windshield. It can also be mounted on the front
windshield to record the interior of the vehicle.
● Plug the OBD ACC Car Charger into your
car’s OBD socket,then Insert the USB into
the dash cam USB port.
● Plug one end of Extender Cable into
CAM 2 and plug the other end of Extender
Cable into CAM 1
● Enter the Advance Seng to set the
GPS (GPSKM or GPSMPH is ok). Plug the
3.5MM plug into the GPS Port
● Organize and tuck away cables to make
sure that the driver’s view is not obstructed.
In most vehicles it’s possible to tuck cables
into the headliner and cleanly hide the extender
cable along the top wall all the way to the rear of
the vehicle.
(Professional installaon is recommended)

sensor effect, it is recommended that the
radar module and the top of the windshield
be separated by 3 cm(1.2 inch)

BASIC OPERATION
POWERING ON THE DEVICE
The device will power on automacally when plugged in
CONTINUOUS LOOP RECORDING:
EMERGENCY RECORDING
Once the memory card is full, the camera will connuously overwrite the oldest footage
recorded. To protect a clip so that it will not be overwrien, press the Emergency Record
Buon. The emergency record icon will show on the screen. Files can also be locked from the
playback menu in Video Viewer Mode.
Emergency Recordings create locked files that are not overwrien by Connuous Loop
Recording. In order to ensure that important footage isn’t lost surrounding an incident,
adjacent video clips are locked if the incident happens .
NAVIGATING MENUS
When in a menu, press or to navigate to the menu item you want to select or change
and then press to select or change the opon associated with that item. Pressing at
any me will exit the menu without saving changes.
The LED Indicator, located near the top right of the screen, communicates charging and
recording status even if the screen is off. LED operaon is detailed in the table below:

VIDEO SCREEN BASICS
The Video Screen is the home screen for the device and allows you to easily record HD video
of the road ahead of you.
When first powered on, the device will start on the video screen and automacally begin
recording.
Press the Record/Pause buon to start/stop recording.
Note that the buon funcons are different depending on whether the unit is currently
recording or not.
Also note that the unit must be paused in order to enter the Sengs Menu.

1. Indicate the recording me of the current clip.

Pauses the video. While in an emergency recording you will have to press pause once to
cancel the emergency recording.
Enters the sengs menu to change the video sengs, general sengs, advance seng.
Enters the playback menu to review previous recordings and photos.
Invalid buon.(It can only be used while recording)
Starts a recording.
Takes a snapshot and stores it as a .JPEG file.
