Please read and understand this entire manual before attempting to assemble, operate
or install the product. If you have any questions regarding the product, please call

WARNING
Improper assembly or operation of this product could result in serious injury or
property damage. Read and understand all assembly and operation instructions.
Keep hose away from sharp edges. Check hose for wear before each use.
Do not exceed maximum pressure of 300 PSI.
Protect your eyes by wearing safety glasses or a face shield when mounting
and using this product.
Keep loose clothing, hair, and jewelry away from moving parts of hose reel.
Make sure that the product is firmly mounted before pressurizing.
Before assembling the product, make sure all parts are included. Compare parts with
package contents list and hardware contents list. If any part is missing or damaged,
do not attempt to assemble the product.
Estimated Assembly Time: 10-15 minutes.
Tools required for assembly and installation (not included):
9/16" (14 mm) Wrench
Phillips Screwdriver
Sealant Tape
Drill & 3/8" Drill Bit
Pencil

3. Using a 3/8" drill bit, drill the 4 holes you
marked with the pencil. See fig 2.
1. Pull the quick release pin (I) out and turn
it 90 degrees to unlock the wall mounting
bracket (D). Tap down on the wall mounting
bracket to remove from the manual hose
reel (A).
2. Pick where you would like to hang the
manual hose reel. Take and place the wall
mounting bracket (D) against the wall and
using a pencil mark the four holes in the
bracket. See fig 1.
If drilling directly into wood then there is
no need to use the plastic anchors.
If drilling into dry wall or cement you will
need to insert the plastic anchors into the
holes.

4. Place the wall mounting bracket (D) over the
holes (flat side against the wall) and screw in all
4 screws tightly. See fig 3.
5. To hang the manual hose reel, insert the
hose reel back plate into slot on the mounting
bracket (D). Push down on the hose reel back
plate until the hole in the back plate lines up
with the quick release pin (I).
Pull out the quick release pin (I) and turn it
90 degrees to lock hose reel in place. 4.3 4.4

6. Attach the handle (G) with supplied handle
assembly screws (H) using a 5/16" (7.9mm)
wrench and Phillips screwdriver.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
7. Wrap 3-5 layers of sealant tape on both male
plug ends on the leader hose (C). Attach one
end into the air inlet (E) using a 9/16" (14mm)
wrench to tighten.

To extend air hose (B), pull out the manual
brake pin lock (J) and turn 90 degrees
until it locks into the short slot.
To lock the hose reel in place, pull the hose to
the desired length, pull the manual brake pin
lock (J) out and turn 90-degrees until it will lock
into the longer slot.
NOTE
Make sure pin is aligned with one of the
3 slots on the drum.

This tool is warranted by the manufacturer to the original purchaser from the original
purchase date for one (1) year subject to the warranty coverage described herein.
This tool is warranted to the original user to be free from defects in material and
workmanship. If you believe that a tool is defective, return the tool, with proper proof
of purchase to the point of purchase. If it is determined that the tool is defective and
covered by this warranty, the distributor will replace the tool or refund the purchase
price.
This warranty is void if: defects in materials or workmanship or damages result from
repairs or alterations which have been made or attempted by others or the
unauthorized use of nonconforming parts; the damage is due to normal wear, damage
is due to abuse (including overloading of the tool beyond capacity), improper
maintenance, neglect or accident; or the damage is due to the use of the tool after
partial failure or use with improper accessories or unauthorized repair or alteration.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that
vary from state to state.
