MULTIFUNCTION STAND MIXER

GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Please read the instrucon manual carefully and follow the following safety precauons.
Keep the manual for future reference and available to every user of the device.
• In case you give the device to another person, it must be accompanied by the instrucon
manual.
• No proper use of the device might cause harm or malfuncon.
• Do not use tools or accessories for a job not designed/recommended by the manufacturer.
• This appliance is for household use only.
• Ensure that the voltage indicated on the device matches the mains voltage before plugging in
the appliance. If not, do not use the device.
• Disconnect the device from the mains supply:
o shortly aer use
o when not using the device
o before undertaking any cleaning task
• If any malfuncon occurs, disconnect the supply cord from the mains immediately.
• Do not touch the appliance with wet or damp hands.
• If the device does get wet, immediately remove the power cord from the wall outlet and do
not put your hands in the water. Never run the wet appliance.
• Do not use or place the appliance and its parts or top or near any source of heat (hot gas or
electric burner or heated oven) or where it may get wet.
• Do not operate or place the device or parts in places of high humidity or where it may get wet.
WARNING:
• Do not submerge the appliance/cable/plug in water or any other liquid, to avoid electric shock.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilies, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given
supervision or instrucon concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their
safety.
• This appliance is not a toy. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with
the appliance.
• Never leave the device unaended (whether in use or not) in a place easily accessible by
children.
• During operaon, do not leave the device unaended.
• Do not use the appliance if it has fallen on the floor, if there are visible signs of damage or if it
has a leak. Disconnect the cord from the supply immediately.
• If the cord/plug becomes damaged, the appliance malfuncons or becomes damaged, do not
use the appliance.
• Never leave the power cable hanging from sharp table edges/benches or touching hot
surfaces.
• Never leave the power cable tangled during operaon. Untangle it immediately.
• If the appliance or accessories become damaged please refer to a qualified technician.
WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment):
This symbol indicates that when the end-user wishes to discard this product, it must be sent to
separate collecon facilies for recovery and recycling. By separang this product from other
household-type waste, the volume of waste sent to incinerators or land-fills will be reduced and
natural resources will thus be conserved.
BEFORE USING MULTIFUNCTION STAND MIXER
Before assembling the mixer,be sure the power cord usnplugged from the power outlet and the
speed selector is on the OFF posion.
1. Depressing the lt buon, the head of the mixer will automacally release and lock into the
lt posion.
2. Select the desired aachments, which are depending on the mixingska to be performed:
mixing beater for mixing and beang eggs and buer and dough hook for kneading the paste,
the egg whisk for beang and frothing the egg white / milk/liquid food.
3. Inserng the mixing beater/ dough hook/egg whisk directly,unl it lock into posion.Note:
Ensure the mixing beater or dough hook or egg whisk is fully inserted into the socket ,
otherwise your mixing result may be affected.
4. Place the mixing bowl on posion. First place the bowl on the base, then turn the bowl in
clockwise unl it locks into the right posion(see fig.1).

5. To lower the head and place mixing beater/ dough hook/egg whisk into the bowl by holding
the head with one hand and easing the head down A click sound will be heard when the head
has reached the correct posion.
6. And make sure the bowl cover in place (see fig.2).
1. Ensure that the speed selector is at the OFF posion,then the plug in the power source.
2. Turn the speed selector to your desired seng.
Warming: Do not sck knife,metal spoons,fork and so on into the bowl when it is operang.
3. The max operaon me per me shall not exceed 7 minutes and minimum 40 minutes rest
me must be maintained between 2 consecuve cycles.
4. ----When kneading yeast dough, make sure use “ dough hook” , suggest the speed selector
first use Minspeed about 30s, f then forward to Mid. speed mixing.
3~5mins to achieve the best results. Never use “ dough hook” kneading at Max. Speed

• Maximum Scale for dough making -- 700g dry flour: 380ml water
(40ºC warm water)
• Never exceed the maximum.
Note: during kneading, some flour may be adhered on the inside of the mixing bowl,you shall
remove the bowl cover, and scrape the flour on the inside wall of bowl by spatula to oban well
kneading results.
----when mixing food like buer with egg or less flour, Salad,piece of vegetables and fruits etc..,
make sure use “ Mixing beater” , suggest select Max. speed ..

-----when mixing liquid food like eggs,milk, water etc.., make sure use “ Egg whisker” , suggest

• Maximum mixing eggs: 14pcs
• Minimum mixing egges: 2pc
5. When mixing is completed, turn the speed selector to OFF posion,unplug the cord from
power outlet.

6. Hold down the lt buon, the head of the mixer will automacally li and lock into the lt
posion.
Cauon: Before pressing down the lt buon (namely before liing the head of mixer), make
sure the mixing beater or egg whisk or dough hook rest on the 2 sides of the head of mixer ,
otherwise, when liing the head of mixer, the mixing beater or egg whisk or dough hook will
intervene the mixing bowl; if the mixing beater or egg whisk or dough hook is resng on the
front of the head of mixer, you shall turn on the speed selector again, let the mixer to rotate for
a few seconds, then turn off the speed selector to stop the mixing beater or egg whisk or dough
hook on
the 2 sides of the head of mixer .
7. If necessary, you can scrape the excess food parcles from the mixing beaters or dough hooks
by plasc spatula.
8. Pull out the mixing beater/ dough hook/egg whisk with a lile force. It is recommended to
resisng against the washer on the mixing beater/ dough hook/egg whisk to easily pull out the
mixing beater/ dough hook/egg whisk.
Cauon: The speed selector must be at OFF posion and the power outlet must be unplugged
before pulling out the mixing beater/ dough hook/egg whisk.
Aer working a, please interval of 40 to 45 minutes before the next work.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

1. Unplug the appliance and wait for it completely cool down before cleaning.
Cauon: the mulfuncon stand mixer can not be immersed in water or other liquid.
2. Wipe over the outside surface of the head and base with a dampened cloth and polish with a
so dry cloth.
3. Wipe any excess food parcles from the power cord.
4. Immerse the mixing bowl, mixing beater, spatula, dough hook and egg whisk in warm soapy
water for complete cleaning. Then rinse under running water and wipe dry. There also can be
placed in the dishwasher .
COOKERY TIPS
1. Refrigerated ingredients, such as buer and eggs, then should be at room temperature
before mixing begins. Set these ingredients out ahead of me.
2. To eliminate the possibility of shells or deteriorated-off eggs in your reipe, break eggs into
separate container first, then adding to the mixture.
3. Do not over-beat. Be careful that you only mix/blend mixtures unl recommended in your
recipe. Fold into dry ingredients only unl just combined. Aways use the low speed.
4. Climac condions. Seasonal temperature changes, temperature of ingredients and their
texture variaon from area to area all play a part in the required mixing me and the results
achieved.
5. Always start mixing at lower speed, Gradually increase to the recommended speed as stated
in the recipe.
RECIPE

Make egg white

2 cups sied cake flour 1 ) Si together into a big bowl,sied
flour,sugar,baking powder ans salt. Add
shortening; pour in the milk and vanilla.
2) Knead 30S,on the lowest seng unl
blended.
3) Then on the medium seng for 2 min.
4) Stop,scrape sides and boom of bowl.
5 ) Add eggs,knead 1 -1/2 min longer on the
highest.
1) Si together flour,soda,salt and cinnamon
then add oatmeal.set aside
2) Combine buer,sugar,eggs and vanillain
mixing bowl
3 ) Cream on the highest seng for 2
min,stop,scrape bowl
4 ) Add milk and half of flour mixture,blend
in on fold-blend,then knead on the highest
seng for 1 min
5 ) A dd remaining flour mixture and repeat
mixing.Stop,scrape bowl.
6 ) Knead in chocolate chips and nuts on the
highest seng for 1 min
1) Pare potatoes and cook unl tender, but
not mushy in boiling salt water
2) When mealy,mash in sauce pan or turn
into a large potatoes,then beat
on the medium seng about 1 min
3) Stop,scrape bowl or sauce pan
4) Combine hot milk,buer and salt
Pour over potatoes,whip on the highest
seng for 1 min
1) Put the egg white into a bowl
2) Whisk at the highest seng
1-1/4 cups granulated sugar
2-1/2 teasp. Double-acng
3/4 teaspoon. Salt
1/2 cup shortening
3/4cup milk
1-1/4 teaspoon Vanilla
2 eggs,unbeaten
2cups sied all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon.Soda
1 teaspoon.Salt
1-1/2 teaspoon.Cinnamon
2 cups quick cooking oatmeal
1 cup shortening or margarine
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs,unbeaten
1-1/2 teaspoons.vanilla
1/3 cup milk
2 lbs peeled potatoes
1/2cup hot milk
2 teaspoon. margarine
1 teaspoon. Salt
2 eggs

two (2) years from the date of purchase of the product, resulng from the purchase document
(receipt or invoice).
3. In case of manufacturing fault, found on inspecon by the authorised department of the
Company during the scheduled procedures, the product will be replaced with the same or with
another of the same specificaons or refunded.
4. In any case, the consumer has all the rights provided by the regulaons in force and more

ΓΕΝΙΚΕΣ ΟΔΗΓΙΕΣ ΑΣΦΑΛΕΙΑΣ
Παρακαλώ διαβάστε τις οδηγίες χρήσης προσεκτικά και ακολουθήστε τις παρακάτω
προφυλάξεις ασφαλείας. Κρατήστε το εγχειρίδιο για μελλοντική αναφορά και στη
διάθεση όλων των χρηστών της συσκευής.
• Σε περίπτωση που δώσετε τη συσκευή σε άλλο άτομο θα πρέπει να συνοδεύεται από τις
οδηγίες χρήσης.
• Μη ορθή χρήση της συσκευής μπορεί να επιφέρει βλάβη ή δυσλειτουργία.
• Μη χρησιμοποιείτε τη συσκευή και τα εξαρτήματά της για άλλη χρήση από την ενδεδειγμένη ή
την προτεινόμενη από τον κατασκευαστή χρήση.
• Η συσκευή σας προορίζεται μόνο για οικιακή χρήση.
• Πριν συνδέσετε τη συσκευή, ελέγξτε αν η τάση που υποδεικνύεται στη συσκευή συμφωνεί με
την τάση της κεντρικής παροχής στο σπίτι σας. Αν δεν ισχύει κάτι τέτοιο, μην χρησιμοποιείτε τη
συσκευή.
• Αποσυνδέετε πάντα το καλώδιο ρεύματος από την πρίζα:
• Αμέσως μετά τη χρήση
• Όταν δεν χρησιμοποιείτε τη συσκευή
• Πριν τον καθαρισμό
• Αποσυνδέστε την συσκευή από την πρίζα σε περίπτωση που εμφανιστεί οποιαδήποτε
δυσλειτουργία.
• Μην αγγίζετε τη συσκευή με βρεγμένα ή νωπά χέρια.
• Σε περίπτωση που η συσκευή βραχεί, αφαιρέστε αμέσως το καλώδιο του ρεύματος από
την πρίζα και μη βάζετε τα χέρια σας στο νερό. Μην θέτετε ποτέ τη βρεγμένη συσκευή σε
λειτουργία.
• Μην λειτουργείτε και μην τοποθετείτε τη συσκευή ή μέρη της πάνω ή κοντά σε ζεστές
επιφάνειες (όπως ηλεκτρική κουζίνα, κουζίνα γκαζιού ή ζεστό φούρνο).
• Μην λειτουργείτε και μην τοποθετείτε τη συσκευή ή μέρη της σε μέρη με υγρασία ή σε σημεία
όπου μπορεί να βρέχεται.
ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ:

αμέσως το καλώδιο του ρεύματος από την πρίζα. Μην βάζετε ποτέ την ελαττωματική συσκευή
σε λειτουργία.
• Αν το ηλεκτρικό καλώδιο ή το φις της συσκευής σας πάθει ζημιά, αν η συσκευή σας
δυσλειτουργεί ή έχει υποστεί οποιαδήποτε ζημιά, μην χρησιμοποιείτε τη συσκευή.
• Μην αφήνετε το καλώδιο του ρεύματος να κρέμεται σε αιχμηρές γωνίες τραπεζιών ή πάγκων ή
να έρχεται σε επαφή με ζεστές επιφάνειες.
• Ποτέ μην αφήνετε το καλώδιο του ρεύματος διπλωμένο κατά τη διάρκεια χρήσης της
συσκευής. Ξεδιπλώστε το τελείως.
• Σε περίπτωση βλάβης της συσκευής ή των μελών της παρακαλώ απευθυνθείτε σε
εξειδικευμένο τεχνικό.
