2.1 Structure describing
Complete working system by laser cutting, laser power, laser cutting host software, exhaust fan, air
compressor, water cooling machine, air ducts, computer, communication cable, etc. According to the
work object configuration of equipment have printers, scanners, and all kinds of design software and
so on.
2.2 System composition
Laser machine have 5 composition: Machinery platform, optical system, drive system, control
system and auxiliary system
machinery platform: The machine cover, such as the guide, base, reflective frame of
mechanical parts.
optical system: By the laser tube, laser power, laser, reflection lens and focus lens
drive system: By three high precision imported linear guide, step motor, and several gears.
control system: By the high speed DSP control card, switching power supply, stepper motor
drives.
auxiliary system: water chiller air compressor, exhaust fan
