2 IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read and understand all instructions before using
this product. Failure to follow all instructions listed
below may result in electric shock, fire, and/or serious
personal injury.
• For household use only.
• Servicing of an inflator requires extreme care and
knowledge of the system, and should be done only
by qualified service personnel. Replacement parts
for an inflator must be identical to those parts in the
inflator.
• Store inflator indoors when not in use.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not clean this inflator with a water spray or the
like. Follow manufacturers cleaning instructions.
• Disconnect the battery pack from the inflator before
making any adjustments, changing accessories, or
storing inflators, etc.
• Store idle inflators out of the reach of children and
do not allow persons unfamiliar with the inflator or
these instructions to operate the inflator. Inflators
are dangerous in the hands of untrained users.
• Have your inflator serviced by a qualified repair
person using only identical replacement parts.
This will ensure that the safety of the inflator is
maintained.
• Battery disposal should be in compliance with
the local regulations that address the disposal of
hazardous materials, and do not incinerate battery
pack.
• Keep your work area clean and well lit. Cluttered
benches and dark areas increase the possibility of
personal injury or property damage.
• Do not operate inflators in explosive atmospheres,
such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases
or dust.
• Keep bystanders, children and visitors away while
operating a inflator. Distractions can cause you to
lose control.
• For best results and more efficient power, it is
recommended that you operate your inflator with
your vehicle's engine running, making absolutely
sure you are outside or in an open, well-ventilated
area and not inside a confined area such as a
garage as bodily injury or asphyxiation resulting in
death could occur.
• This inflator is designed to inflate car tires, bike
tires, ATV tires, sports equipment, air mattresses,
beach toys and other inflatables. Do not use for any
purpose other than inflating. If you do so, bodily
harm or personal injury can occur.
• Allow inflator to cool down 10 minutes after each 10
minutes of continuous operation.
• Do not carry inflator by the air hose as damage may
occur.
• Do not leave the inflator unattended while in
operation.
• Do not overinflate. Please follow the manufacturer’s
instructions for the item you are inflating.
• Keep the inflator away from flammable areas/liquids
at all times.
• Do not operate the inflator in wet or damp areas.
• Operate the inflator only with the attachments that
are included.
• Use safety glasses. Also use a face or dust mask if
operation is dusty.
• This inflator is not designed to fill air tanks or air
shocks
• Make sure that your vehicle 12 volt power outlet
is free of any ash residue or debris. A dirty 12
volt power outlet can cause the inflator and power
cord to overheat. Overheating can cause damage to
your inflator/vehicle and could cause bodily harm or
injury. Disconnect power when not in use.
• It is recommended that your vehicle’s 12 volt battery
be fully charged to get the best performance.
• Verify that the inflator is secure while transporting.
• Store the inflator in a dry area that will prevent
unauthorized use or damage. Keep out of the reach
of children.
• Keep handles dry, clean, and free of debris. Clean
the inflator after each use. Refer to the Maintenance
Section in this manual for more information.
• Keep these instructions in a safe place for future
reference. Refer to them often and use them to
instruct other users. Anyone who uses this inflator
must read these instructions carefully.

3 ELECTRICAL
• Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the switch
is in the off-position before connecting to battery
pack, picking up or carrying the equipment. Carrying
the equipment with your finger on the switch or
energizing equipment that have the switch on invites
accidents.
• Disconnect the battery pack from the equipment
before making any adjustments, changing
accessories, or storing equipment. Such preventive
safety measures reduce the risk of starting the
equipment accidentally.
• Recharge only with the charger specified by the
manufacturer. A charger that is suitable for one type
of battery pack may create a risk of fire when used
with another battery pack.
• Use equipment only with specifically designated
battery packs. Use of any other battery packs may
create a risk of injury and fire.
• When battery pack is not in use, keep it away from
other metal objects like paper clips, coins, keys,
nails, screws or other small metal objects that can
make a connection from one terminal to another.
• Shorting the battery terminals together may cause
burns or a fire.
• Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected
from the battery; avoid contact. If contact
accidentally occurs, flush with water. If liquid
contacts eyes, additionally seek medical help. Liquid
ejected from the battery may cause irritation or
burns.
• Do not use a battery pack or equipment that
is damaged or modified. Damaged or modified
batteries may exhibit unpredictable behavior
resulting in fire, explosion or risk of injury.
• Do not expose a battery pack or equipment to
fire or excessive temperature. Exposure to fire or
temperature above 265°F (130°C) may cause an
explosion.
• Have servicing performed by a qualified repair
person using only identical replacement parts.
This will ensure that the safety of the product is
maintained.
• Follow all charging instructions and do not charge
the battery pack or appliance outside of the
temperature range specified in the instructions.
Charging improperly or at temperatures outside of
the specified range may damage the battery and
increase the risk of fire.
• Do not modify or attempt to repair the appliance
or the battery pack except as indicated in the
instructions for use and care.
