Commissioning
1. Connect power supply
1.1. Connecting the plug-in power supply to X1 and apply mains voltage

2. Connect to network
2.1. Connecting the network cable (green) to X2 of the valve eSyDrive
2.2. Connecting the Network Cable to the Targus USB Network Adapter
2.3. Switch on the W-Lan adapter. After approx. 1min the W-Lan connection can be established
2.4. Establish W-Lan connection with notebook / tablet / mobile phone
W-Lan Name / SSID: GEMUE-eSyDrive
W-Lan Password / Key: 12345678
Note: Please charge the battery of the W-Lan adapter before customer appointments!

3. Operation
3.1. Open Browser (Edge, Firefox, Chrome)
3.2. Enter network adress 192.168.2.1 in address bar

4.1. In the status area (top right), select Language from the drop-down menu
4.2. Press OK-button to confirm

5. Initialization
5.1. Navigation bar -> Select the Initialization menu item
5.2. Start Initialization -> Push Start button
6. Manual operation
6.1. Navigation bar -> Select the Operating mode menu item
6.2. Set Select operating mode to Manuel and confirm with Apply-button
6.3. Enter the desired valve position in the Set value, manual field and confirm with Apply-button
6.4. Drive moves to the desired position

7. Demonstrate errors
7.1. Navigation bar -> Select the Operating mode menu item
7.2. Select Device functions -> Process-control and confirm with Apply-button
7.3. Drive enters error state and moves to error position
7.4. Error is displayed in the upper right corner of the status area.
7.4.1.Clicking the message 1 Error
7.4.2.Pop-up window with error description opens
7.5. Navigation bar -> Menu item Status -> Select Error list
7.5.1.Error is displayed and saved in the error list
7.6. Error is indicated on the device via status LEDs, see operating instructions
8. Backup and restore
8.1. Navigation bar -> Select the Download menu item
8.2. The current parameters and settings can be downloaded and saved via Parafile and the Download-
button
8.3. Using the Parafile and the Browse button, a parameter file can be selected and then uploaded using
the Upload button
8.4. The settings can also be transferred to other valve actuators via this function

10. Favorites page
For faster access, the frequently used parameters, values and settings can be combined in a favorites menu.
10.1. Add a parameter to your favorites by marking it with the asterisk in front of it
10.2. Navigation bar -> Select Favourites menu item to display all favorites
