3.1. GRUNDLEGENDE SICHERHEITSBESTIMMUNGEN
VORSICHT
Überschreiten des Arbeitsdrucks
Verletzungsgefahr durch platzenden Schlauch.
» Arbeitsdruck von 10bar nicht überschreiten.
» Nur an Leitungen, Kompressoren anschließen, die ein Überschreiten des Arbeitsdrucks verhindern.
3.2. BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄSSE VERWENDUNG
Zur Verwendung mit Druckluft.
Für den industriellen und privaten Gebrauch.
Nur in technisch einwandfreiem und betriebssicherem Zustand verwenden.
3.3. SACHWIDRIGER EINSATZ
Nicht mit Flüssigkeiten, anderen Gasen oder Druckluftflaschen verwenden.
Keine eigenmächtigen Umbauten vornehmen.
Nicht auf Personen oder Tiere richten.
Maximal zulässigen Arbeitsdruck nicht überschreiten.
Schlauch nicht knicken oder belasten.
Nicht in explosionsgefährdeten Bereichen verwenden.
Keiner starken Hitze, direkter Sonnenbestrahlung, offenem Feuer oder Flüssigkeiten aussetzen.
Nicht für den Gebrauch durch Kinder geeignet.
3.4. SCHUTZAUSRÜSTUNG
Bei Verwendung Schutzbrille, Schutzhandschuhe und Gehörschutz tragen.
Nationale und regionale Vorschriften zur Sicherheit und Unfallverhütung beachten. Schutzkleidung wie Fußschutz und
Schutzhandschuhe müssen entsprechend der bei der jeweiligen Tätigkeit zu erwartenden Risiken gewählt, bereitgestellt
und getragen werden.
3.5. PERSONENQUALIFIKATION
Fachkraft für mechanische Arbeiten
Fachkraft im Sinne dieser Dokumentation sind Personen, die mit Aufbau, mechanischer Installation, Inbetriebnahme, Stö-
rungsbehebung und Wartung des Produkts vertraut sind und über folgende Qualifikationen verfügen:
Qualifizierung / Ausbildung im Bereich Mechanik gemäß den national geltenden Vorschriften.
Unterwiesene Person
Unterwiesene Personen im Sinne dieser Dokumentation sind Personen, die für die Durchführung von Arbeiten in den Berei-
chen Transport, Lagerung und Betrieb unterwiesen worden sind.

5. Montage
5.1. DRUCKLUFTANSCHLUSS AN BLASPISTOLE

gen.
üStecknippel-Druckluftkupplung mit Außengewinde ¼" und Abdichtmittel vorbereitet.
1. Stecknippel-Druckluftkupplung mit Außengewinde in Lufteintrittsgewinde ¼" der Blaspistole einschrauben.
» Anschluss für Druckluftversorgung hergestellt.
5.2. MIT DRUCKLUFTVERSORGUNG VERBINDEN
VORSICHT
Bewegliche Teile
Quetschgefahr der Hände und Finger.
» Bei Betätigen der Schnellspannkupplung, nicht zwischen Schnellspannkupplung und Stecknippel der Druckluftversor-
gung greifen.
üDruckluftanschluss der Blaspistole montiert.
1. Verriegelung Schnellspannkupplung der Druckluftversorgung nach hinten ziehen.
» Schnellspannkupplung ist entriegelt.
2. Schnellspannkupplung auf Stecknippel der Druckluftkupplung aufstecken.
3. Verriegelung der Schnellspannkupplung loslassen.
» Druckluftversorgung mit Blaspistole hergestellt.
6. Bedienung
VORSICHT
Bewegliche Teile
Quetschgefahr der Hände und Finger.
» Beim Betätigen des Auslösehebels, nicht zwischen Auslösehebel und Gehäuse der Blaspistole greifen.
» Beim Betätigen der Schnellspannkupplung, nicht zwischen Düse und Verriegelung der Blaspistole greifen.
6.1. BLASPISTOLE VERWENDEN
üBlaspistole an Druckluftversorgung angeschlossen.
1. Düsen mit Blaspistole verbinden.
2. Auslösehebel bis Anschlag drücken, um Druckluft aus den aufgesetzten Düsen zu erhalten.
3. Auslösehebel loslassen.
6.2. DÜSENAUFSÄTZE WECHSELN

1. Verriegelung der Blaspistole betätigen.

3.1. FUNDAMENTAL SAFETY REGULATIONS

» Do not exceed the working pressure of 10bar.
» Connect only to supply lines and compressors that are protected against exceeding the working pressure.
3.2. INTENDED USE
For use with compressed air.
For both industrial and private use.
Use only when it is technically in good condition and safe to operate.
3.3. REASONABLY FORESEEABLE MISUSE
Do not use with liquids, other gases or compressed air bottles.
Do not carry out any unauthorised modifications.
Do not aim at people or animals.
Do not exceed the maximum permissible working pressure.
Do not kink hose or subject it to loads.
Do not use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
Not for use where there is exposure to intense heat, direct sunlight, naked flames or liquids.
Not suitable for use by children.

1. Screw male coupling/compressed-air coupling with external thread into the ¼" air inlet thread of the compressed air
gun.

5.2. CONNECT TO COMPRESSED-AIR SUPPLY
CAUTION
Moving parts

» When operating the quick-clamp coupling, do not reach between the quick-clamp coupling and male coupling of the
compressed-air supply.

1. Pull back lock of quick-clamp coupling of compressed-air supply.
» Quick-clamp coupling is unlocked.
2. Place quick-clamp coupling onto male coupling of compressed-air coupling.
3. Release lock of quick-clamp coupling.
» Compressed-air supply to compressed air gun ready.
6. Operation
CAUTION
Moving parts

» When operating the trigger, do not reach between the trigger and compressed air gun casing.
» When operating the quick-clamp coupling, do not reach between the nozzle and the lock of the compressed air gun.
6.1. USING THE COMPRESSED AIR GUN
üCompressed air gun is connected to the compressed-air supply.
1. Connect nozzles to the compressed air gun.
2. Press the trigger all the way, so that compressed air comes out of the attached nozzle.
3. Release the trigger.
6.2. SWITCHING THE NOZZLE ATTACHMENTS

üSelect the nozzle that is most suitable for the application.
1. Operate the lock of the compressed air gun.
» Quick-clamp coupling is unlocked.
2. Attach the nozzle attachment and connect with quick-clamp coupling.
3. Secure lock of quick-clamp coupling.
