OPERATION
Before rst use
• Remove all packaging materials and/or other transportation means.
• Check package content to verify it is complete and undamaged. Do not operate
the appliance if the content is incomplete or appears damaged. Return it
immediately to Walmart.
Danger of suocation!
-Packaging materials are not toys. Always keep plastic bags, foils and foam parts
away from babies and children. Packaging material could block airways and
prevent breathing.
• Clean your appliance and all accessories thoroughly before using for the first time
( Cleaning and Maintenance).
Accessories
This appliance comes with accessories, to be used according to your needs and
food to be processed.
Accessory Usage
Mixing bowl (10) Hold ingredients to be mixed/whipped
Whisk (12) For light mixtures that need air incorporated,
e. g. for eggs, egg whites, cakes, heavy cream,
mayonnaise
Use at speed setting 5, 6or P
Do not use for heavy mixtures as the whisk may

OPERATION
Assembly
WARNING:
-Always disconnect the plug (6) from the wall outlet before attaching or
removing accessories to/from the appliance. Allow moving parts of the
appliance to stop completely before handling.
-Incorrect assembly may lead to an unstable setup and might cause injuries.
• Place the appliance on a clean, flat and heat resistant surface.
• Lift the release lever (4) on the back of the appliance and then lift the head (2)
until it locks in place (ill. a).
• Insert the bowl (10) on the clamping plate (9) and turn clockwise to lock it in
place (ill. b).
• Insert the required attachment (12, 13, 14) onto the drive shaft (11). Push up and
turn it counterclockwise until it locks in place (ill. c).
• Lift the release lever (4) on the back of the appliance and then lower the head (2)
until it locks in place (ill. d). Ensure the attachment (12, 13, 14) does not touch
the bowl (10).
WARNING:
-Do not use the appliance if the attachment (12, 13, 14) touches the bowl (10).
Risk of injuries and damage to the appliance ( Troubleshooting).
-Do not use the appliance without the bowl (10) securely in place (ill. e).
-Never place the pouring chute on the opposite side of the speed control
knob (5).
• In case of liquid mixtures, slide the splashing guard (15) onto the bowl (10) with
the pouring chute on the side of the speed control knob (5) (ill. f). Ensure the
bottom rim of the splashing guard (15) sits properly in place onto the bowl (10).
NOTE:
-Do not use the appliance without any attachment (12, 13, 14) on the drive
shaft (11) (ill. g).
-Do not store the attachments (12, 13, 14) on the drive shaft (11).
-Never attempt to remove the bowl (10) from the clamping plate (9) during
operation.
• To disassemble, repeat previous steps in reverse order of assembly.

OPERATION
Speed control
The speed of this appliance can be adjusted according to your needs and food to be
processed. The following table is a suggestion for selecting mixing speeds.
Speed Function Possible use
1Stirring
For slow stirring, combining, mashing, starting
all mixing procedures. Use to add our and dry
ingredients to batter, add liquids to dry ingredients and
combine heavy mixtures
2Slow mixing
For slow mixing, mashing, faster stirring. Use to
mix heavy batters, start mashing potatoes or other
vegetables, cut shortening into our, mix thin or
splashy batters and mix and knead yeast dough
3Mixing,
beating
For mixing semi-heavy batters, such as cookies. Use to
combine sugar and shortening and to add sugar to egg
whites for meringues. Medium speed for cake mixes
4Beating,
creaming
For medium fast beating (creaming) or whipping. Use
to nish mixing cake, doughnut and other batters.
High speed for cake mixes
5Fast beating,
whipping For whipping cream, egg whites and boiled frostings
6Fast whipping For whipping small amounts of cream or egg whites
PFast whipping
For mixing at accelerated speed. Turn the speed control
knob (5) counterclockwise to start operation, release to
stop operation
USING THE APPLIANCE
This appliance can be used for mixing and whipping foods such as dough, cream
and eggs.
NOTE:
-The appliance has a rated power of 600W. Before plugging it into the wall
outlet, ensure that the electrical circuit is not overloaded with other appliances.
This appliance should always be operated on a separate 120V ~ 60Hz wall
outlet.
-Do not connect the appliance to a wall outlet unless it is fully assembled.

USING THE APPLIANCE
• Place the appliance on a clean, flat and stable surface.
• Assemble the appliance according to the required intended use ( Assembly).
WARNING:
-Make sure all attachments are in place and free from obstruction or residue
before operation.
-Do not use the appliance without attachment or if an attachment shows wear
or damage. Attach or replace before using the appliance again.
-Bind/cover hair and wear fitted clothes when using this appliance to avoid risk
of injury from entanglement.
• Ensure all accessories and attachments are securely attached to the appliance
and the speed control knob (5) is set to the 0position.
• Insert the plug (6) into a wall outlet (ill. h).
• Set the speed control knob (5) to the required speed to start operation (ill. i).
NOTE:
-Alternatively, turn and hold the speed control knob (5) counterclockwise to
the Pposition to start operation at accelerated speed, if required. Release the
speed control knob (5) to stop operation; the speed control knob (5) returns to
the 0position automatically.
-Do not operate the appliance continuously for more than 10 minutes for
mixing/whipping. Allow the appliance at least 15 minutes to cool down
between operation cycles. Operate the appliance for a maximum of 10
consecutive times, after which, allow the appliance to cool down for at least
15 minutes before the next use. Do not exceed the maximum operation times.
• Once operation is complete, set the speed control knob (5) to the 0 position to
stop operation and then disconnect the plug (6) from the wall outlet (ill. j).
WARNING:
-Always disconnect the plug (6) from the wall outlet before attaching or
removing accessories to/from the appliance. Allow moving parts of the
appliance to stop completely before handling.
Mixing/Whipping
WARNING:
-Never attempt to remove the bowl (10) from the clamping plate (9) during
operation.
-Do not exceed 3.3 lbs. of mixture/ingredients within the bowl (10).
• Once the attachment (12, 13, 14) starts rotating, progressively pour ingredients
into the bowl (10) through the pouring chute (15), if required (ill. k). Follow the
recipe instructions.

USING THE APPLIANCE
NOTE:
-Some ingredients may first be added to the bowl (10) before securing the bowl
(10) to the clamping plate (9). Follow the recipe instructions.
-If the bowl (10) sides need scrapping during operation, first set the speed
control knob (5) to the 0position to stop operation. Allow moving parts of the
appliance to stop completely before handling.
• Once the right consistency is reached, set the speed control knob (5) to the 0
position to stop operation, and then disconnect the plug (6) from the wall outlet.
NOTE:
-If the appliance is operated under heavy load for a long period of time or
too many cycles, it will turn off to protect from overheating. The appliance
will stop. Set the speed control knob (5) to the 0position to switch off the
appliance, and then disconnect the plug (6) from the wall outlet. Wait at least
20 minutes before plugging the appliance to a wall outlet again and restart
normal operation.
HINTS AND TIPS
• Operate the appliance for only as long as needed to reach the right consistency.
• To stop an operation cycle, turn the speed control knob (5) clockwise to the 0
position.
• Do not operate the appliance continuously for more than 10 minutes for mixing/
whipping. Allow the appliance at least 15 minutes to cool down between
operation cycles. Operate the appliance for a maximum of 10 consecutive times,
after which, allow the appliance to cool down for at least 15 minutes before the
next use. Do not exceed the maximum operation times.
• Do not overfill the bowl (10).
• Do not use the bowl (10) for storing food.
• Do not use the bowl (10) in a microwave or an oven.
• Never attempt to remove the bowl (10) from the clamping plate (9) during
operation.
• Start on speed setting 1and increase to desired speed, depending on the recipe.
• Use the speed setting 1or 2when preparing yeast dough. Using any other speed
may damage the appliance.
• Always add ingredients as close to the sides of the bowl (10) as possible, not
directly into the moving attachment (12, 13, 14).
• Mixtures containing large amounts of liquid ingredients should be mixed at lower
speeds to avoid splashing. Increase speed only after the mixture has thickened.
Use the splashing guard (15), if required.
