1 Zweckbestimmung
Der Anschlussadapter ist dazu bestimmt, flexible Kryosonden
mit einem Kryochirurgiegerät zu verbinden.
2 Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch
Dieser Anschlussadapter verbindet die Flexiblen Kryosonden
(Art.-Nr. 20416-032 und 20416-037) mit den Geräten
Erbokryo CA und Erbokryo AE.

Dieses Produkt darf nur von ausgebildetem medizinischen Per-
sonal, das anhand des Verwendungshinweises in dessen Ge-
brauch eingewiesen wurde, verwendet werden.
Überprüfen Sie das Produkt vor jeder Anwendung auf Schäden!
Falls schadhaft, dieses Produkt nicht verwenden!
Schützen Sie das Produkt vor jeglicher mechanischen Beschädi-
gung! Nicht werfen! Keinerlei Gewalt anwenden!

Erbe Elektromedizin warnt ausdrücklich davor, das Produkt zu
verändern. Jede Veränderung führt zum Ausschluss der Haftung
durch Erbe Elektromedizin.
4 Anwendungshinweise
Das Produkt vor der ersten Anwendung und vor jeder Wiederan-
wendung reinigen und desinfizieren.
4.1 Produkt montieren
Gerätevorderseite: Stecken Sie den Adapter in die Anschluss-
buchse für die Kryosonde (1) und schrauben Sie ihn unter leich-
tem Druck fest.
Führen Sie den Abgasschlauch um / über das Gerät auf die Ge-
räterückseite (ohne Bild).
Geräterückseite: Stecken Sie den Adapter auf den Anschluss-
stutzen für den Abgasschlauch (2).
Sie können nun eine der o.g. flexiblen Kryosonden auf den Ad-
apter schrauben.

Der Adapter kann nach Gebrauch im Gerät stecken bleiben.
5 Reinigung und Desinfektion
Der Adapter kann nach Gebrauch im Gerät stecken bleiben und
zusammen mit diesem gereinigt und desinfiziert werden. Für
den Adapter gelten dabei die gleichen Wiederaufbereitungs-
empfehlungen wie für das verwendete Gerät. Bitte lesen Sie
dazu die Gebrauchsanweisung Ihres Gerätes.
Nicht sterilisieren!
6 Entsorgung
Das Produkt, Verpackungsmaterial und Zubehör (wenn vorhan-
den) nach den jeweils geltenden länderspezifischen Vorschriften
und Gesetzen entsorgen.

These instructions for use do not replace the user manual of the
cryosurgical unit used! Read the user manual of the cryosurgical
unit and ask Erbe or your distributor in case of doubt!
1 Intended use
The connecting adapter is intended to connect Flexible Cryo-
probes to a cryosurgical unit.
2 Normal use
This connecting adapter connects the Flexible Cryoprobes (Art.
Nos. 20416-032 and 20416-037) with devices Erbokryo CA and
Erbokryo AE.
WARNING!
3 Safety instructions
This product may be used only by trained medical staff, who
have been shown how to use it according to the instructions for
use.
Check the product before every occasion of use!
If damaged, do not use this product!
Protect this product from any form of mechanical damage! Do
not throw! Do not use force!
Do not kink the tube or wrap it round the product to which it be-
longs!
Never lay this product on the patient or in his/her direct vicinity.

Erbe Elektromedizin expressly warns against modifying the
product. Any modification exempts Erbe Elektromedizin from
any and all liability.
4 How to use
Clean and disinfect the product before using for the first time
and before every reuse.
4.1 Assembling the product
Front of device: Plug the adapter into the connecting socket for
the cryoprobe (1) and screw it tight, pressing lightly.
Guide the waste gas tube round/over the device to the rear (no
illustration).
Rear of the device: Attach the adapter to the connecting nozzle
for the waste gas tube (2).
You can now screw one of the above flexible cryoprobes onto the
adapter.

The adapter can remain in the device after use.
5 Cleaning and disinfection
The adapter can remain in the device after use and be cleaned
and disinfected together with it. The adapter is subject to the
same reprocessing recommendations as for the device being
used. Please read the User Manual for your device.
Do not sterilize!
6 Disposal
Dispose of the product, packaging material and accessories (if
available) in accordance with the national guidelines and legis-
lation applicable in each case.
