•Three(3)YearpartsandlaborwarrantyfromdefectsinworkmanshipforGEMR(Government,
Educational,Military,&Religious)purchasesofnewproductonly.
•RefurbishedUnitscarrya90‐DAYpartsandlaborwarranty.
•Eachpartywillberesponsibleforonewayshippingduringthewarrantyperiod.
•ARMA(ReturnMerchandiseAuthorization)numbermustbeissuedinordertoprocessa
replacementortoauthorizeareturnforwarrantyrepair.EliteScreenswill,atitssoleoption
replaceorrepairthedefectiveunitwithareplacement*(seeexceptionsbelow)afterthe
defectiveunitorpartshavebeenreceived.Oncetheproductisreceived,EliteScreenswillsend
outareplacement*unittothecustomerbygroundservice(subjecttoinventoryavailability).
•DoNotReturnAnyUnauthorizedItemstoEliteScreens,astheywillberefusedandreturned
atyourexpense.TheRMANumbermustbeincludedontheoutsidelabelofyourshipping
box.OurwarehouseisnotauthorizedtoacceptreturnswithoutanRMAnumberonthe
shippinglabel.
•RMANumbersarevalidfor45daysfromthedateissued.
•MissingPartsmustbereportedwithin7daysofreceipt.Ifreportedafter7days,thecustomer
willberesponsibleforshippingandhandlingfees.Ifreportedafter30daysofreceipt,the
customerwillberesponsibleforcostofpartsandshipping&handlingfees.
*ANeworrefurbishedreplacementwillbesendouttothecustomerdependingonthetypeof
purchase(neworrefurbished)andbasedonstockavailability.
