Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich für ein Produkt von CSL entschieden haben. Damit Sie
auch lange Freude mit Ihrem erworbenen Gerät haben werden, lesen Sie sich bie
die nachfolgende Kurzanleitung aufmerksam durch. Prüfen Sie vor Inbetriebnahme
der gelieferten Ware, ob diese vollständig, fehlerfrei und unbeschädigt ist.

3. Inbetriebnahme und Montage
Kontrollieren Sie bei Ersnbetriebnahme des Gerätes nochmals die Unversehrtheit
des Produkts bzw. der Bauteile sowie die Funkon. Entnehmen Sie das Gerät aus der
Verpackung und enernen Sie jegliches Verpackungsmaterial. Önen Sie das Fest-
plaengehäuse mit dem mitgelieferten Kreuzschlitz-Schraubendreher. Nachdem
Sie die Schrauben gelöst haben, müssen Sie die Frontblende abnehmen und die Ad-
apterplane herausnehmen. Moneren Sie nun Ihre Festplae mit dem Adapter.

Anschließend schieben Sie den Adapter mit der monerten Festplae wieder in
das Gehäuse ein und schrauben die Frontblende an. Verbinden Sie nun das mit-
gelieferte USB 3.0 Kabel mit dem USB 3.0 Anschluss des Gehäuses und mit Ihrem
Endgerät.
4. Sicherheitshinweise und Haungsausschluss
Versuchen Sie nie das Gerät zu önen, um Reparaturen oder Umbauten vorzu-
nehmen. Vermeiden Sie Kontakt zu den Netzspannungen, das Gerät ist nur bei
gezogenem Stecker spannungsfrei. Schließen Sie das Produkt nicht kurz. Bie
ziehen Sie den Netzstecker bei Nichtgebrauch oder bei Gewier.
Das Gerät ist nicht für den Betrieb im Freien zugelassen, verwenden Sie es nur
im Trockenen. Schützen Sie es vor hoher Lufeuchgkeit, Wasser und Schnee.
Halten Sie das Gerät von hohen Temperaturen fern. Setzen Sie das Gerät keinen
plötzlichen Temperaturwechseln oder starken Vibraonen aus, da dies die
Elektronikteile beschädigen könnte. Prüfen Sie vor der Verwendung das Gerät
auf Beschädigungen. Das Gerät sollte nicht benutzt werden, wenn es einen Stoß
abbekommen hat oder in sonsger Form beschädigt wurde. Beachten Sie bie
die naonalen Besmmungen und Beschränkungen.Nutzen Sie das Gerät nicht für
andere Zwecke als die, die in der Anleitung beschrieben sind.
Dieses Produkt ist kein Spielzeug. Bewahren Sie es außerhalb der Reichweite von
Kindern oder geisg beeinträchgten Personen auf.

3. Inial startup and assembly
When the device is put into operaon for the rst me, check the intactness of
the product or components and their funcon again. Please remove the hard disk
enclosure from its packaging. Open the case with the screwdriver supplied in the
scope of delivery. Aer loosening the screws please remove the front cover and
take out the circuit board. Insert the hard drive using the adapter.

Aer it, insert the adapter including the hard drive into the casing and x the
front cover using the screws. Use the USB 3.0 cable supplied to connect the hard
drive enclosure to a USB 3.0 port of a PC or other terminal devices.
4. Safety instrucons and liability disclaimer
Never try to open the device to carry out repairs or conversions. Avoid contact
with mains voltages. Do not short-circuit the product. The device is not cered
for use in the open air; only use it in dry condions. Protect it from high humidity,
water and snow. Keep it away from high temperatures. Do not subject the device
to sudden changes in temperature or heavy vibraon as this might damage
electronic components.
Examine the device for damage before using it. The unit should not be used if it
has received an impact or has been damaged in any other way. Please observe
naonal regulaons and restricons. Do not use the device for purposes other
than those described in the instrucons. This product is not a toy. Keep it out of
the reach of children or mentally impaired persons. Any repair or alteraon to
the device not carried out by the original supplier, will invalidate the warranty
or guarantee. The product may only be used by persons who have read and
understood these instrucons. The device specicaons may change without any
separate prior noce to this eect.

appena acquistato, legga completamente ed aentamente le seguen brevi istru-

che esso sia completo, privo di dife e non danneggiato.

3. Montaggio e istallazione
Controllare l’integrità del prodoo e dei componen nonché il suo funziona-
mento durante la prima messa in servizio. Estrarre il Case dalla confezione e
rimuovere i materiali di imballaggio. Aprire il Case con l´apposito giravite a croce
incluso nella confezione. Una volta rimosse le vi, estrarre la mascherina frontale
ed estrarre la scheda adaatore.

Collegare dunque il disco sso all´adaatore. Inserire con cautela il disco sso con
l´adaatore collegato all´interno del case e provvedere a rimontare la mascherina
frontale riavvitandola con le vi precedentemente rimosse.
Ora é possibile collegare il tuo tramite cavo USB 3.0 al PC/disposivo nale.
