1. Notice
1.1. Installer
Installers participating in the construction of this access control system shall meet the
following conditions:
1.1.1. Be a person who has experience in configuring the system and operating
normally.
1.1.2. Demonstrate that the installer, support personnel, and services needed to
configure the system are available and a single product supplier will provide
hardware, software, training, system installation, related certification, and
maintenance service.
1.1.3. The product supplier must be able to provide the necessary services to the user
before and after the introduction of the system.
1.2. Inspection
1.2.1. The supplier or bidder shall look at the site where the system will be constructed
before bidding.
1.2.2. The supplier shall check whether there is any error between the details of the
project and the documents submitted at the time of bidding, and conduct site
inspection before bidding.
1.3. Preparation
1.3.1. It should be checked whether all products and equipment are operating normally
before the product arrives at the installation site.
1.3.2. The power supply should be checked for proper operation. If the power supply
needs to be recharged or a new power supply is required, a professional
technician must supply a new power supply.
1.3.3. The communication environment should be confirmed.
1.3.4. Collect all data that can be recognized beforehand; such as access time,
abnormal working time, group designation by door, operator security clearance
level and etc.
1.4. Installation Requirements
1.4.1. All parts and equipment necessary for the system configuration shall be installed
according to the guidelines and specifications provided by the supplier.
1.4.2. Provide and apply all interconnection, services, and modifications necessary to
configure the access control system to be implemented.
1.4.3. Control signals, communication, and data transmission lines shall be installed
so that ground loops, noise, electrical surges, etc. do not interfere with the
operation of this access control system.
1.4.4. The system shall be installed in accordance with the instruction which is
provided by the supplier.
