Installation and testing must only be performed by qualied personnel in order to guarantee the correct and safe
functionality of the road barrier.
The manufacturer, declines all responsibility for damage caused by any incorrect installations due to incapacity
and / or negligence.
5] Preliminary recommendation
Prepare an electric channel at the center of the barrier base, in correspondence of the central hole - (sheath
diameter 25 - 50 mm).
6] Mechanical installation
Place the barrier on the counter-plate and screw it through
the self-locking nuts M12 supplied.
Take the counterplate and bend the achors in an
appropriate manner. Create a ground excavation of
adequate size. Insert the electric channeling inside the
counterplate hole. Level and cement the counterplate

Place the barrier on the surface desired and lock it
securely through the four internal xing holes on the base

6.3 Manual Opening
For any intervention, rst open the cabinet door, using the key supplied.
Then insert the exagonal key supplied into the appropriate grain at the end of the motor shaft, screw clockwise
until it stops, ending the release maneuver.
NOTE: When the lid is opened, the automation is blocked.
6.4 Rod support
Insert the rod support on the shaft and
lock it through the M8 screws.
Insert the rod into the support and tighten
the relative screws.
6.5 Opening direction
To change the opening direction of the automation from left (standard) to right, proceed as follows:

- Release the spring;
- Remove the trapezoidal bracket unscrewing the
two grains;
- Change the position of the key from location A to
location B tree.
- Reinsert the trapezoidal bracket
and screw the two grains;
- Hook the spring in the opposite
position (B holes) .

6.6] Spring adjustment
- Release the motor.
Apply tension to the spring acting on the lower tie rod,
until the shaft remains balanced at about 45° and the
trapezoidal bracket stays in horizontal position, compared
to ground.
- Block the motor.
On the trapezoidal bracket are present four holes, to
adjust the strength of the spring, according to the length
of the rod.
The more you engage the spring inwards the more you
reduce the strength.
6.7] Limit switch adjustment
It is possible to adjust the position of the limit switches,
both mechanical (located inside the barrier) and electric
(easily accessible, placed under the top cover).
NOTE: when you move one of the mechanical limit switch,
you move even the corresponding electrical limit switch.
Once changed the position of a limit switch, the
programming of the electronic card must be executed
again.

NOTES
• Safety edge, connected on terminals 4 - 6. This contact protects opening and closing.
DIP 5 ON: When there is an obstacle, the motor stops and reverses for 2 sec.
DIP 5 OFF: When there is an obstacle motor STOP.
In both cases after the disengagement resumes the opening.
• Photocells, connected on terminals 5 - 6. This contact protects only in closing : when there is an obstacle
the motor STOP.
• Emergency Stop connected on terminals 6 -7 - The contact, if open, will causes the immediate stop of the
automation in any situation.
