Le seguenti istruzioni si applicano ai motori
elettrici sincroni trifase a magneti permanenti
provvisti di inverter integrato della serie iBMD
nelle loro versioni standard di catalogo,
prodotti da BONFIGLIOLI MECHATRONIC
RESEARCH S.p.A.
Esecuzioni costruttive speciali descritte nelle
relative offerte o con denominazioni dedicate
(p.e. tensioni o velocità nominali) necessitano
di informazioni aggiuntive.
Questo breve guida contiene le informazioni
generali per l’installazione e la sicurezza;
l’utilizzatore prima della messa in servizio
dovrà seguire quanto riportato nel manuale
operativo e altra documentazione fornita con
il prodotto.
2 –INFORMAZIONI GENERALI SULLA
SICUREZZA
I motori elettrici con inverter integrato descritti
nelle seguenti istruzioni sono previsti per
impiego in installazioni industriali e destinati
ad essere utilizzati da personale qualificato.
Durante il funzionamento i motori con
inverter integrato presentano parti sotto
tensione o in movimento. Pertanto la
rimozione delle necessarie protezioni
elettriche e/o meccaniche, l'uso improprio
o la non adeguata manutenzione, possono
causare gravi danni a persone o cose.
Si deve assicurare che ogni operazione
sui motori con inverter integrato venga
eseguita da personale qualificato che
abbia conoscenza delle istruzioni e dati
tecnici relativi al prodotto e sia stato
autorizzato dal responsabile della
sicurezza all'intervento.
Dato che il motore elettrico con inverter
integrato non ha una funzione intrinseca

The following instructions apply to the iBMD
series, three-phase permanent magnet
synchronous electric motors equipped with
integrated inverter, manufactured by
BONFIGLIOLI MECHATRONIC RESEARCH
S.p.A., in their standard versions.

special motor designation (for example,
voltage or nominal speed) will require
additional information.

information about commissioning and safety

2 –GENERAL SAFETY INFORMATION
The electric motors with integrated inverter
described in the following instructions are
designed to be used in industrial installations
and must be operated by qualified personnel
only.
During operation, motors with integrated
inverter have live or moving parts.
Therefore, removal of electrical or
mechanical guards, improper use, or
inadequate maintenance may cause
serious damage to persons or property.
Installation and maintenance on motors
with integrated drive must be performed
only by qualified personnel who have
thorough knowledge of the instructions
and technical data for the product and who
have been authorised to perform such
operations by the safety supervisor.
