Warning: to avoid the risk of electric shock, do not

remove the cover. The interior does not contain

any parts that can be repaired by the user. Ask for

assistance from the Customer Support Service.

Important Warnings

Before using your appliance read these instructions manual

carefully and keep it in a safe place as you may need to

consult it in the future.

Before turning on your appliance, and to ensure a safe and

correct operation, do not use if:

• It has fallen to the ground;

• You notice any evidence of damage;

• Any anomaly occurs during its operation.

To avoid hazards or deterioration of your appliance through

incorrect use it is advisable to read these instructions thoroughly.

Your appliance should not be used for other purposes than

the ones intended and solely for household use. Any damage

resulting from using the appliance outside this scope, any

incorrect use, as well as any manual modifications to the

product will not be covered and automatically voids the

warranty.

Assistance

In case of malfunction, take your appliance to the Customer

Support Service for assistance.

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years

and above if they have been given supervision or instruction

concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they

understand the hazards involved. Cleaning and user

maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are

older than 8 and supervised. Keep the appliance and its cord

out of reach of children aged less than 8 years.

Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical,

sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience

and knowledge if they have been given supervision or

instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and

understand the hazards involved.

Children shall not play with the appliance.

1.1. Power Supply

Make sure the main voltage is compatible with the appliance’s. If this is

not the case, please consult the Customer Support Service.

1.2. Power Cord and Other Cables

Do not tangle the cord or pull it to disconnect the appliance. Also, keep

the cord away from warm surfaces.

Never use the appliance if it has a damaged cable or socket.

Take it to the Customer Support Service for replacement.

1.3. Humidity and Water

Do not use your appliance in humid places. Do not allow the appliance

to become wet under any circumstances as this may be dangerous.

To avoid fire hazard or electric shock do not expose your appliance

to humidity or water. Furthermore, do not place your appliance under

water (e.g. for cleaning).

1.4. Cleaning

Before cleaning, be sure to switch o the appliance and remove the

plug from the main power supply. Always allow the unit to cool down

before cleaning.

To clean the exterior of the product, use a dry soft cloth only.

1.5. General Precautions

• Please follow the instructions in the user manual which will help you

to properly install and operate this product and enjoy its advanced

features. Please keep the instructions for future reference.

• Read all instructions before using the product.

• Maintenance and service operations are only to be carried out by

authorized professionals.

• Any damage caused by manual modifications to the product is not

covered by the warranty.

• If this product is used for other purposes than the ones originally

intended, or if it is not correctly connected, the product may become

damaged and the warranty will be voided.

• Misuse of the appliance can cause damage or injury. Make sure that

you use the appliance for its intended purpose; we shall not be held

liable for damages resulting from incorrect use or handling.

• Make sure the power rating matches that indicated on the rating

label.

• WARNING! High Temperatures. Touching hot metal parts,

hot water or steam may cause burns.

• The handheld steamer should never be left unattended while it is

connected to the supply mains; and until it has cooled down for about

1 hour.

• The filling inlet must not be opened during use.

• Never operate the handheld steamer with a damaged power cord or

plug, or after it has fallen or been damaged in any way. To avoid the

risk of electric shock, do not disassemble the handheld steamer, take

it to the Customer Support Service for examination and repair.

• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the Worten,

its service agent or a similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a

hazard (*).

• Do not allow the power cord to come into contact with hot surfaces.

• To prevent electric hazards, do not immerse the handheld steamer in

water or any other liquid.

• The handheld steamer must be used and rested on a stable surface.

• The handheld steamer is not to be used if it has been dropped, if

there are visible signs of damage or if it is leaking.

• Only qualified and authorized persons are authorized to carry out

repairs to your appliance. Any repairs that is not compliant with

standards could significantly increase the level of risk for the user!

• Defects resulting from improper handling, degradation or attempted

repairs by third parties void the warranty of the product. This also

applies in case of normal wear aecting both the accessories and the

appliance.

• The appliance produces steam so care must be taken when using it.

• Unplug the appliance during filling and cleaning.

- bed and breakfast type environments.

(*) Competent qualified technician: after sales department of the

producer or importer or any person who is qualified, approved and

competent to perform this kind of repair in order to avoid all danger.

2.2. Product usage

Filling the appliance with water:

• Ensure the appliance is unplugged, remove the water tank by

pushing the tank release button.

• Remove the water inlet stopper, and fill the tank with 300 mL of

water.

• Close the water inlet stopper.

• Place the water tank back into position.

NOTE: Your appliance was designed to operate using pure

demineralized water.

Tips: Check fabric labels for recommendations.

• We recommend that you test acrylic, nylon or other synthetic fabrics

in an inconspicuous area to ensure these fabrics are not damaged by

hot steam.

ATTENTION: As steam is very hot, never attempt to remove

creases from a garment while it is being worn, always hang

garments on a clothes hanger.

1. Hang your garment on a clothes hanger.

2. Plug-in the appliance and push the power button. The power LED

should begin flashing. The appliance will heat up for 30s, at which

point the power LED will stop flashing.

3. You can use the brush accessory to better expose the threads of the

fabrics to the steam. You can also try the lint brush.

Note: Before removing or attaching the steam brush, unplug your

appliance and allow it to cool down.

4. Push the power button again to choose the steam level, then press

the steam push button with the nozzle pointing away from you, and

the appliance in a vertical position. For optimal use, pass the steam

jets over your garment from top to bottom.

5. After use, unplug the appliance.

6. Remove the water tank, empty the water tank completely, then place

the water tank back into position.
