GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS
USING THE PRODUCT FOR THE FIRST TIME
- Never leave the child unattended.
- In order to prevent the risk of injury, do not allow children near the stroller when folding or unfolding it.
- Do not allow your child play with the stroller.
- Do not use the product while jogging or skating. This product should be used only at a walking speed.
- Use the parking device when the child is being put in or taken from the stroller. Parking device – parking brake.
- Any loads attached to the handle, the backrest and / or the sides of the stroller will affect its stability. Too much load
may bring the stroller to tip-over.
- The number of children, their age and weight for which the stroller was designed is indicated in the product manual
or on the labels placed on the modules being part of the product set or purchased separately.
- Before placing the child in a stroller check for any small, loose objects that may cause choking.
- When folding and unfolding the frame or assembling the modules (e.g. seat unit, carrycot, car seat) keep hands at
safe distance from movable elements and fasteners to avoid injury.
- Before using check the good working order of all the locking devices.
- Make sure the body of a stroller, seat unit or car seat are attached properly before using.
1. After purchasing and before using the stroller for the rst time, you should carry out maintenance of the components indicated by the manufacturer in the product usage
manual in the SERVICE section. Any further maintenance should be repeated according at your own discretion. The dirtiness of each component and the emergence of
difculties in the usage of components must be taken into account.
WARNING! Lack of proper maintenance can cause malfunction of separate elements of the stroller and lead to their damage.
2. Do not carry the stroller by holding the hood, upper edge of the backrest, footrest, the element that gives the shape of carry cot or movable elements of the frame. Do not
use the stroller to slide down or drive up the stairs. Do not leave the stroller on down slopes or on very uneven terrain (even with the parking devices engaged), as it may
slip off or lose the stability and tip-over.
Moving the stroller up and down the stairs, bringing it on a bus etc. should be assisted by another person. The person holding the stroller by the handle passes the obstacle
rst, the assisting person carries the stroller from its other side by holding a stable element (e.g chassis). If the stroller is moved down the stairs or other obstacles, the
assisting person should come down rst.
3. When attaching the bag to the handle grip (in a carry cot version) do not place the bag strap inside the carrycot. When using the seat-unit version – remove the strap and
keep it out of children’s reach. Entanglement around the child may cause strangulation.
4. Some of the upholstery elements, such as a canopy, wedges in a hood, footrest are equipped with stiffening elements. When folding down the stroller pay attention to the
correct placing of the stiffened elements, to prevent them from deforming or braking.
5. A stroller is intended to transport children and it should not be used instead of a cradle. Do not swing the stroller sideways. Due to the lack of exible transverse joints,
swinging can lead to permanent damage of the frame, such as loosening, cracks in rivets, screws or other components, cracks in welds or frame tubes.
6. When passing obstacles such as lintels (e.g. high kerbs), you must drive up with two front or rear wheels at the same time. When you reach the obstacle you must lift up
the front wheels above it by pushing the stroller handle and pulling it towards you. Move the front wheels over the obstacle, lower the front of the stroller and then move the
rear wheels to the obstacle. Pass the rear wheels over the obstacle by lifting up the back of the stroller.
When passing some higher or longer obstacles (e.g. going up a pavement), the front wheels of the stroller should be slightly raised above the obstacle, then put the front
wheels on the obstacle and make the rear wheels reach the obstacle by lowering the front part of the stroller.
WARNING! Strong collision with a crosswise obstacle may damage (deform) elements connecting the frame components or damage its
individual components, leading to damage or loss of the straightness of the track while using a stroller
WARNING! For twin strollers see the detailed product manual.
7. To increase the stability of the product while usage, make sure that the child is sitting comfortably in the central part of the carrycot or the seat-unit.
1. Unfolding the frame
Simultaneously, press / pull until resistance is encountered and hold (see detailed product manual) two buttons releasing the auto-blockade of the frame and then with
a quick, short motion lift the frame up to unfold it. For frames equipped with a safety clip, release the safety clip (this helps to protect the frame against spontaneous unfolding)
and lift the handle up, unfolding the frame.
WARNING! Attempting to unfold the frame with the locks not fully released or with an unreleased safety clip may lead to their damage.
2. Wheels assembly
Rear wheel axles are located in the rear axle housing. In order to pull out automatically the axle in the lower part of the housing, cover the axle pull out point with your hand
to prevent it from falling out. Check if the pulled out axle is locked, to prevent spontaneous return. Install the wheels. When disassembling the axle completely, follow carefully
the product instructions and charts.
Removing and installing the wheel should be preceded by the brake pedal release (brake unlocked). Ensure that the stroller`s axles are dirt-free.
WARNING! Placing the axle in a wrong direction while installing leads to wrong assembly of the wheel and makes a correct disassembly
impossible.
When purchasing a product completed by the manufacturer, the integrity of the connections between the frame and the carrycot and / or seat unit is
guaranteed. If the product is purchased in separate modules, check the product manuals for the integrity of all the connections.
