XDC series
Precise, high-level decision-making requires the right visualization tools. You want to
have the flexibility to display multiple sources at once, you want to engage in high-
resolution videoconferencing, and you want to retain the familiar, user-friendly
working environment you’re used to. Barco’s XDC series is your solution.
The single-projector, Windows-integrated XDC system allows you to visualize a
massive amount of ultra-high resolution content simultaneously. This way, you see
the complete picture, and you are enabled to collaborate faster and make more
accurate, productive decisions. You will not find any product at this level with a better
price to quality ratio.
Single-projector, multi-windowing 10 megapixel display system
Unrivaled
ease of use
Quick access to any type of
source
Barco’s XDC can be easily connected to
any data or video source. You can acti-
vate these sources immediately through
user-friendly Barco software on the
desktop. What’s more, you can update
and change content in source windows
on the fly. Optionally, you can even take
control of remote desktops with your
mouse and keyboard, or share compute
r
content remotely.
Multi-windowing with
mouse and keyboard
With Barco’s XDC, you can display up to
ten local or networked high-resolution
sources simultaneously. You can freely
move, resize or make these sources
overlap. In addition to the user-friendly
Windows desktop interface, the XDC is
controlled simply with mouse and key-
board. This introduces a completely
stress-free, intuitive way of working
during a meeting.
Razor-sharp detail in
10 megapixel
Thanks to its LCoS display technology,
the XDC attains a state-of-the-art pixel
density. This results in a degree of
image realism that is unparalleled in
the industry. The XDC includes an
innovative, high-contrast ten megapixel
image projector, which allows you to
see the detail you require in complex
spreadsheets, or review design images
as if you were looking at reality. The
XDC’s ten megapixel resolution also
means that each source’s native
resolution is perfectly preserved and
never compromises on quality.
10 megapixel image
A familiar, large-screen Windows environment provides a superior alternative to
meetings where everything is viewed sequentially or partially, with projection
equipment that is hard to use. The XDC also offers complete compatibility with ultra-
high resolution videoconferencing equipment, so you can see remote participants in
lifelike detail, thanks to the XDC’s incredibly high image quality. In addition, its
network access ensures fast decision-making because you have an immediate view
of all sources and information you need to make the best decision. You don’t need to
compromise between videoconferencing, rich data analysis and video display: you
can have it all on one desktop.
Faster decision-making in
the boardroom
Barco’s XDC series is a fully tested, integrated
concept that is easy to install. It includes an LX-5
projector, mechanics, a specially engineered
superflat screen and the award-winning XDS-1000
display management system.
Effective return on investment
Low total cost of ownership
The XDC series is a complete visual system that takes care of every visualization
requirement you have, without the need to invest in unnecessary apparel.
Furthermore, the XDC allows centralized diagnostics and tech support. This eliminates
the need for manual interventions during your meetings and presentations, and
ensures an uninterrupted workflow. Your return on investment is realized quickly,
when you see your margins rise through more efficient collaboration sessions, and
making the right decisions.
The XDC’s brilliant ten megapixel
resolution ensures that every little
detail in finished product designs,
satellite images, automotive and
industrial concepts is accurately
displayed with a stunning level of
realism. Combining this with the XDC’s
multi-windowing features, you can
even compare several designs
simultaneously in their native resolution
without loss of quality.
Complete design review and
image analysis
The XDC is a bundle of Barco visualization equipment that meets the most
stringent quality demands. It can even be expanded by Barco’s line of MatrixPRO
source switchers so that you can assume an even greater degree of control over
your content. The XDC typically consists of the following components:
