Fully insert the dishrack into dishmachine. Close doors
securely.
If machine is equipped with door start feature, cycle will start
automatically. If not, press START button to begin cycle.
NOTE: Red indicator light will be illuminated when power is
on.
After the completion of the cycle, fully open dishmachine
doors and remove rack to clean side.
Caution: To prevent possible burns, do not open doors
during cycle.
Verify Sanitizer levels regularly. Use test strip to ensure sanitizer level is at least
50 ppm and no more than 200 ppm. If the test strip does not indicate proper
dosage, check sanitizer supply container levels and tubing connections.
Replace empty container or secure connections. Repeat test.
NOTE: Test strips are most accurate at 120°F, higher temperatures may distort reading. If this occurs,
use a clean glass to dip water from inside the machine and let water cool to 120°F before testing.
Contact your service representative if you still have trouble verifying sanitizer levels.
Verify Chemical delivery for all three chemicals regularly by watching chemicals
drop into funnel (A5) or sump (A4). If chemical is not being properly delivered,
check chemical supply container levels and tubing connections. Replace empty
container or secure connections. Contact your service representative if chemical
still does not dispense properly.
