Intended use
This electronic appliance is intended for time
display and the described additional features. Any
other use or modification of the electronic appliance
does not comply with the intended uses. The
manufacturer is not liable for damages caused by
improper use or misuse. The device is not intended
for commercial use.
Cleaning instructions
Clean the product with a dry, lint-free cloth. A
glasses cleaning cloth is ideal.

Display description
A outdoor temperature display in °C or °F,
min./max outdoor temperature values,
temperature trend display (rising, constant,
falling), reception indicator, battery power

Setup
Open the battery compartment on the back side of
the station and insert 2 x AA batteries in the correct
polarity. Close the battery compartment. Please
remove the protective film from the display.
The radio tower symbol will appear on the display
without radio waves. After a few seconds the radio
time signal reception will begin. The radio waves
now appear blinking on the display. The time and
date will appear automatically after the time signal
is received.
Position the station and the sensor next to each
other. Open the battery compartment on the back
side of the outdoor sensor and insert 2x AA
batteries in the correct polarity. Close the battery
compartment.
The outdoor sensor signal will now be received by
the main unit and the outdoor temperature will
appear after a few minutes.
Note
If the radio controlled time does not appear after 5
minutes, please move the temperature station to a
different location at your site or set the time
manually.
The reception process can be restarted at any time
by pressing and holding Z /REGISTER.

Settings
Speed setting
When setting numerical values, press and hold
SET/RESET to use the speed setting feature.
Setting the temperature unit to degrees Celsius
or Fahrenheit
Press and hold SELECT for 3 seconds.
Press SET/RESET to select °C (Celsius) or °F
(Fahrenheit).
Confirm your selection by pressing SELECT.
Manual time setting, 12/24 hour time format, day
of the week language, second time zone
Press and hold CLOCK for 3 seconds.
You may now select the 12 or 24 hour time mode
by pressing SET/RESET. Confirm your selection by
pressing CLOCK.
Now set the language of the day of the week
(GE=German, FR=French, SP=Spanish, IT=Italian,
En=English), second time one (see next
paragraph), hours, minutes, seconds, year, month
and day in the same way.
Press CLOCK again to return to normal time mode.
The radio time signal reception can be restarted at
any time by pressing Z /REGISTER.
Second time zone
You can easily check the time in a different location
(for example: Los Angeles) by setting the second
time one. Set the second time one as described
in the previous paragraph. Set the difference to
your home time one (example: + or - 10 hours).
The second time one can be viewed by pressing
CLOCK. The second time one and the word
"Zone" will appear on the display. Press CLOCK
again to return to the normal time display.

Alarm setting
Your temperature station has 2 separately
adjustable alarm times.
Press ALARM to select an alarm. A1 will appear for
the first alarm or A2 for the second alarm.
Press and hold ALARM to set the alarm times.
Set the hours of the alarm 1 by pressing
SET/RESET and confirm your setting by pressing
ALARM.
Set the minutes of the alarm 1 by pressing
SET/RESET and confirm your setting by pressing
ALARM.
The setting of the second alarm will follow
immediately after the first alarm.
Note
It is not possible to set an alarm for the second time
one.
Activating/deactivating the alarm times
Press SET/RESET repeatedly to activate or
deactivate the alarms. The bell symbols on the
display will indicate the activated alarm.
Shutting off the alarm
When the alarm sounds, it can be shut off by
pressing ALARM. The alarm will sound again at the
set time on the next day. The alarm will switch off
after 5 minutes if no button is pressed
Snooze feature
Press Z /REGISTER when the alarm sounds to
activate the snoo e feature. The bell symbol of the
alarm and the Z symbol will blink on the display.
The alarm will sound again after 5 minutes. Press
SELECT to deactivate the snoo e feature; the bell
symbol of the alarm will stop blinking and the Z
symbol will disappear.

Minimum and maximum
temperatures
Press SELECT to display the maximum and
minimum temperatures. Press SET/RESET to reset
the displayes values.
Battery power indicator
The battery symbol will appear in the display (A)
when the battery power of the sensor is low and the
batteries should be replaced. Open the battery
compartment and insert new batteries (2x 1.5V AA)
in the correct polarity.
The battery symbol will appear in the display (B)
when the battery power of the temperature station
is low and the batteries should be replaced. Open
the battery compartment and insert new batteries
(2x 1.5V AA) in the correct polarity.
Please note that all settings will be deleted when
the batteries are replaced. Please move the station
and the sensor close together when restarting
either unit.
Outdoor sensor information
Please place the sensor in a roofed location. The
sensor is cold and weather resistant but must be
shielded from water and direct sunlight.
To ensure good reception quality there should be
as few obstacles as possible between the sensor
and the temperature station (examples: double
pane windows, walls, metal objects etc.).
If the reception of the outdoor signal is still not
possible, please reduce the distance between the
main unit and the sensor. It may also help to
replace the batteries.

Problem solving
The temperature station does not show the
outdoor temperature
Press and hold Z /REGISTER for 3 seconds and
then wait for 2-3 minutes.
The outdoor temperature often disappears
Reduce the distance between the station and the
outdoor sensor. Check that there are not possible
sources of interference nearby (keep a distance of
at least 1.5m to phones, televisions, radios,
computers etc.). There may also be 433MH
products in use in neighboring houses that cause
interference.
Check the location of the units (distance to metal
objects, metal doors, reinforced concrete (cellar or
high rise buildings).
Restart both units if the above procedures fail.
Disposal
Disposal of the electronic appliance
This electronic appliance may not be
disposed of with normal household waste.
Dispose of the unit at an approved disposal
facility or at your local recycling centre.
Please observe the current rules and
regulations when disposing of the appliance.
Contact the disposal system if in doubt.
Disposal of the batteries
Please dispose of your batteries properly in
containers especially set up at retailers.
Batteries do not belong in household waste.
Dispose of the batteries at an approved
disposal facility or at your local recycling
centre. Contact the disposal system if in
doubt.

We provide a 3-year warranty for this item. The
warranty period starts from the date of sale (receipt,
proof of purchase). Within this period we rectify all
faults which are attributable to material and
manufacturing defects at no cost. For damage
which is attributable to improper treatment, e.g.
dropping, knocking, or water damage, there is no
warranty claim.
