The following safety precautions should always be followed, to reduce the risk of electric
shock, personal injury or fire. It is important to read all of these instructions carefully
before using the product, and to save them for future reference or new users.
Read all instructions before use.
• The manufacturer is not liable for consequential damages or for damages to property
or persons caused by non-observance of the safety instructions and improper use of
the device.
• The device can be used by children from 8 years and above and by persons with a
physical, sensory, mental or motor disability, or lack of experience and knowledge
if they are supervised or instructed on how to use the device in a safe way and

BATTERY SAFETY
• Use only the batteries mentioned in the manual.
• Do not use old and new batteries together.
• Do not use batteries of different types or brands.
• Do not install batteries in reverse polarity.
• Do not short-circuit or disassemble the batteries.
• Do not expose the batteries to water.
• Do not expose the batteries to fire or excessive heat.
• Batteries are prone to leakage when fully discharged. To avoid damage to the
product, remove the batteries when leaving the product unattended for longer
periods of time. If liquid from the batteries comes into contact with skin or clothing,
immediately rinse with fresh water.

This marking indicates that this product should not be disposed of with other
household wastes throughout the US. To prevent possible harm to the environment
or human health from uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle it responsibly to promote
the sustainable reuse of material resources. To return your used device, please use
the return and collection systems or contact the retailer where the product was
purchased. They can take this product for environmental safe recycling.
Please remove the battery before disposing of the device/ unit. Do not dispose of old
batteries with your household waste, but at a battery collection station at a recycling
site or in a shop. Consult your municipal authority or your dealer for information about
disposal.
USE
This pen-style digital is characterized at multi-usage with low power consumption, high
stability, high accuracy, compact structure and easy operating. It is much suitable for
measuring temperature of drink, milk, coffee, food and at BBQ.
1. Install #7 battery into battery compartment according to the marking direction of rear
cover, and close the battery cover.
2.Rotate the probe until it’s fully open, rinse the probe with normal temperature water.
3.Press [ ] to boot, after a few seconds the screen will display ambient temperature.
4.Immerse or insert the probe into an object under test with 2cm depth for 5 seconds.
Press [ ] until the upper right corner shows HOLD indicating that the current
temperature has been locked. The showing number is the temperature of the object to
be measured. Press [ ] key to unlock it.
5.[ ] is the conversion key for Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F).
6.After temperature measurement is completed, press [ ] to turn it off. Flush the probe
with clean water and rotate it back to the original position.
7. The device will be shut down if no operation for 10 minutes.
8.Avoid liquid entering the machine.

WARRANTY
• The manufacturer provides warranty in accordance with the legislation of the
customer’s own country of residence, with a minimum of 1 year, starting from the
date on which the appliance is sold to the end user.
• The warranty only covers defects in materials or workmanship.
• The repairs under warranty may only be carried out by an authorized service center.
When making a claim under the warranty, the original bill of purchase (with purchase
date) must be submitted.
• The warranty will not apply in cases of:
a. Normal wear and tear
b. Incorrect use, e.g. overloading of the appliance, use of non-approved accessories
c. Use of force, damage caused by external influences
d. Damage caused by non-observance of the user manual, e.g. connection to an
unsuitable mains supply or non-compliance with the installation instructions
e. Partially or completely dismantled appliances

• Lege batterijen kunnen lekken. Om schade aan het product te voorkomen, dient u
de batterijen te verwijderen als u het apparaat voor langere tijd niet gebruikt. Als de
batterijvloeistof in aanraking komt met de huid of kleding, spoel dan onmiddellijk af met
schoon water.
• WAARSCHUWING: Voer gebruikte batterijen onmiddellijk af. Houd nieuwe en gebruikte
batterijen uit de buurt van kinderen. Als u denkt dat batterijen zijn ingeslikt of in enig

OPBERGEN
Verplaats het apparaat zo nodig naar een plek buiten het bereik van kinderen en
huisdieren.
MILIEUVRIENDELIJKE VERWIJDERING
Dit symbool geeft aan dat dit product in de EU niet samen met ander huishoudelijk
afval mag worden afgevoerd. Voor preventie van mogelijke schade aan het milieu of
de menselijke gezondheid door ongecontroleerde afvalverwijdering, moet u deze
op verantwoorde wijze recycleren om duurzaam hergebruik van grondstoffen te
bevorderen. Als u uw gebruikte apparaat wilt retourneren, gebruikt u de retour- en
verzamelfaciliteiten of neemt u contact op met de winkel waar het product werd
aangekocht. Ze kunnen dit product gebruiken voor milieuvriendelijke recycling.
Haal de batterij uit het apparaat voor u het inlevert. Inzamelen van batterijen: gooi
gebruikte batterijen en accu’s niet bij het huisvuil, maar zamel ze apart in of lever ze
in bij een winkel die battterijen verkoopt.
GEBRUIK
Dit in penvorm uitgevoerde digitale hulpmiddel wordt gekenmerkt door meervoudig
gebruik met een laag stroomverbruik, hoge stabiliteit, hoge nauwkeurigheid, compacte
structuur en eenvoudige bediening. Het apparaat is zeer geschikt voor het meten van de
temperatuur van drankjes, melk, koffie, voedsel en de barbecue.
1. Installeer batterij #7 in het batterijcompartiment volgens de markeringsrichting van
de achterklep en sluit de batterijklep.
2. Draai de sonde tot deze volledig geopend is en spoel de sonde dan af met water op
kamertemperatuur.
3. Druk op [ ] om op te starten en na enkele seconden zal de omgevingstemperatuur
op het scherm worden weergegeven.
4. Dompel of steek de sonde in het te testen object tot een diepte van 2 cm en
gedurende 5 seconden. Druk op [ ] totdat ‘HOLD’ verschijnt in de rechter
bovenhoek om aan te geven dat de huidige temperatuur is vergrendeld. Het nummer
dat wordt weergegeven, is de temperatuur van het te meten object. Druk op [ ] om
het te ontgrendelen.
5. [ ] is het conversieschema voor Celsius (°C) en Fahrenheit (°F).
6. Nadat de temperatuurmeting voltooid is, druk op [ ] om het apparaat uit te
schakelen. Spoel de sonde af met schoon water en draai deze weer terug naar de
oorspronkelijke positie.
7. Het apparaat schakelt uit na 10 minuten van inactiviteit.
8. Vermijd dat er vloeistof in het apparaat komt.

GARANTIE
• De fabrikant geeft garantie in overeenstemming met de wetgeving van het eigen
land van de klant, met een minimum van 1 jaar, te rekenen vanaf de datum waarop het
apparaat aan de eindgebruiker is verkocht.
• De garantie dekt alleen defecten in materiaal of vakmanschap.
• De reparaties onder garantie mogen alleen worden uitgevoerd door een erkend
servicecentrum. Bij het indienen van een aanspraak op garantie dient de originele
aankoopnota (met aankoopdatum) te worden overhandigd.
• De garantie is niet van toepassing in geval van:
a. Normale slijtage
b. Incorrect gebruik, b.v. overbelasting van het apparaat, gebruik van niet-
goedgekeurde accessoires
c. Gebruik van geweld, schade veroorzaakt door invloeden van buitenaf
d. Schade veroorzaakt door het niet naleven van de gebruikershandleiding, bijv.
aansluiting op een ongeschikte netvoeding of het niet naleven van de installatie
instructies
e. Gedeeltelijk of volledig gedemonteerde apparaten.
