1. Smart Pass Overview
1.1 Smart Pass Introduction
Smart Pass is an advanced AI (Artificial Intelligence) face recognition and heat
Check access control system that accurately identifies a person and measures
temperature even if the mask covers part of the face or wears glasses and
a mask at the same time with advanced deep learning technology.
2. How to use Smart Pass
2.1 How to run Smart Pass
1) Fully understand how to use it through the user’s manual
2) Connect the power adapter and DC power line to check if it works properly.
3) Check if there is any foreign object in the sensor area.
4) Do not install in a place where there is direct sunlight or objects related to
heating devices such as light bulbs.
5) It is recommended to use between 15 ℃ and 30 ℃.
6) How to turn on the device
When connected with the power adapter and DC power line, Smart Pass starts
to work.
The body temperature measurement program is automatically executed
without running a separate program. -> It is recommended that you wait for
30 minutes before using the Android operating system and the temperature
measurement program to detect the ambient temperature in the stabilization
stage.

< How to measure accurately >
If the forehead is placed on the
red dot on the screen, the body
temperature is measured

(measured distance is 30cm).

2.2 How to use Smart Pass
-The measuring distance should be measured at 30cm.
-The measuring range is 34℃ ~ 42℃.
-When measuring body temperature, do not cover the main measurement areas
(forehead, eyes, face) with clothes or other means.
-If the body heats up due to physical activity, wait for the body heat to return to
the state in which there was no physical activity after a certain period of time
before measuring.
-When measuring body temperature, do not move for a certain period of time
(more than 2 seconds).
-If the face is aligned with the red dot on the screen, the body temperature is
measured and the body temperature is displayed.
-When body temperature exceeds 42℃, it is displayed as HIGH, and when body
temperature is below 34℃, it is displayed as LOW.

3. Smart Pass screen description
3.1 Initial screen
This is a screen for face recognition and temperature measurement.
The current date & time are displayed at the top. When a person is detected,
contextual phrases or temperature measurement results are displayed.
Depending on the setting, information such as IP, company name, and version
may be displayed at the bottom of the screen.
3.2 Main menu
When the mouse is connected and the wheel button is pressed, the password
input window appears, and when the correct password is entered, the main
menu is displayed on the screen. ※ The initial password is '123456'.

This is a detailed menu for setting up a Smart Pass.

(2) Inspection setting
This is a detailed setting menu related to face recognition and temperature
measurement.

Test Turns the temperature test function on or off.
2Temperature
Compensation
It is used to calibrate the temperature when measured different from
the actual temperature by the external temperature. In case of manual
setting, detailed input field appears. Input value is between 0 ~ 1 ℃.
3 Scene selection Setting whether the device is installed indoors or outdoors.
4Measuring
Method
You can choose a fast scan or a precise scan. You can increase the
face recognition rate when setting up a precise scan.
5Alarm threshold
If the measured temperature is higher than the entered value, an
alarm message is displayed. When the temperature alarm is on,
a beep sounds.
6Temperature
Alarm Enable or disable the Alarm.
7Temperature
Display
Change the temperature display format to Celsius (℃) or
Fahrenheit (℉).
8 Fan It set the operation of the fan for heat dissipation.
9 Mask detection
Measure your temperature and check whether wear a mask or not.
When a person without a mask is detected, display a no-access sign
and you can hear the voice.
10 Stranger mode When it detects a person who is not registered in the database,
it notifies them that it is a stranger.
11 Stranger record When a stranger is detected, the captured picture is saved separately.

(3) Detailed recognition setting
When checking whether it is a stranger or registered in the database, the
accuracy and the number of identifications are set.
