ThedehumidifiersAD740 / AD750 areprovidedwithawatercollecting bucket(12 l)
and aconnectionforhose15mm.
Thewaterbucketisinthedeviceon abalance. Thebalanceisactivatedbythe
weight ofthefull bucketandthedeviceisswitchedoff. Switchofftheunitatthe
on/off-switchandemptythebucket.Afterthebucketisplaced inthedeviceagain,
turnonthedeviceattheon-/off-switch.
Aconnectionoutlet15mm isplacedabovethebucket.Removethebucket
providedthatyouwouldliketoguidethecondensatedirectlyintoadrain.Attacha
hosetothedrain15mmand securethiswithahoseclamp. Proceedcautiouslyin
ordernottoburst thedrainfromthecondensatetub.
Guidethehosewithslopeofthedeviceintothedrainaway(atleast5cmper
metersslope).
5.8CondensateoutletAD 770 / AD 790
TheairdryerAD770/790areseriallyequippedwithfittingfor15mmhoses. Asan
accessory,awatertank(25ltr., optionalextra)isavailablewhichisputunderthe
deviceattheback.Apieceofhosewhichisledintothisbucket isalreadymounted.
ATTENTION:
Makesurethatthecondensatecanalwaysbehandledsafely.
ThewatertankatAD770 / 790(optionalextra)doesNOTdisconnectthedevicein
thecaseoffullstate.Duringunattendedusing, AD770/790withbuilt-inpumpis
advisable.
5.9Condensatepump(optional)
Optionalthedevicesareavailablewithbuilt-incondensatepump. Inthatcase,a
connectionpieceisfound atthebackwall ofthedeviceforhose12 mm.
Aredpushbuttonisalsofoundatthebackwall.Inthisway,thepumpcanbe
emptiedmanually,forexamplebeforetransportationofthedevice.
Werecommendthemanualpumpingout beforetransportationsinceotherwise
waterfromthepumpcanrun ontothegroundwhiletilting thedevice.
5.10Automaticdefrosting
Duringairdrying,icemayformattheevaporator.Thevolumeof icedependson the
ambient conditionsprevailingintheroomtobedried. Theairdryerisequippedwith
an automatichot-gasdefroster.It ensuresthat, dependingontheextent ofice
formation,theappliancewillbedefrostedautomaticallyaccordingtothefollowing
principle:
ØAtemperaturesensormeasurestheconditionexisting inacriticalareaofthe
evaporator.
ØIttransmitsthesignalfordefrostingtotheDryLogic-electronic. TheDryLogic
findsout ifdefrostingisnecessary,and it willstartdefrost-modeon itsown.
ØDuringdefrostingthecompressorworksandthefandoesnotwork.
When theiceisdefrosted,thedehumidifierwillstartagainwithdehumidifying.
