For your safety and the safety of others, please read all of the instructions and warnings
in this manual carefully before proceeding with assembly and usage.
The awning arms contain tensioned
cables. Always use caution, securely tie
the awnings arms to the awning when
performing installation, adjustments, or
repairs. Sudden movement of tension
arms can result in serious personal injury,
product and/or property damage.

For your safety, we
strongly recommend the
following during assembly
and installation:
A. Minimum 2 people
B. Work gloves
C. Safety goggles
Installation
• Pay close attention throughout the assembly and installation process to ensure that the Advaning awning is
assembled and installed properly and according to the safety guidelines outlined herein.
• Do not attempt assembly or installation while under the inuence of alcohol or drug substances.
• Do not remove the safety restraints from the awning’s lateral arms until instructed to do so. The arms con-
tain tensioned springs and may release very quickly. Always ensure no persons or objects are directly in arm
projection path at all times.
• Do not proceed with an assembly or installation if you feel that you cannot properly and safely complete,
please seek assistance.
• Always wear protective gear and gloves when handling sharp metal parts.
• Only perform assembly/installation/maintenance/cleaning in dry and optimal weather conditions.
• 2 or more persons are recommended for assembly and installation. Assembly will require to lift the assem-
bled awning module onto the legs. Ensure help is available to help lift and secure in place.
Usage
• Only perform assembly/installation/maintenance/cleaning in dry and optimal weather conditions.
• Do not place any heat source or open ame under or near the awning.
• Do not place or stand objects or persons on the awning itself. Doing so can damage the awning or cause
severe personal injury and in extreme cases death.
• Do not carry out any maintenance other than what is shown in this manual. For any issues that are not cov-

keep unsupervised children away from playing with the awning or its parts.
• The product should be used only as described in this Advaning Owner’s manual.

ASSEMBLING
THE AWNING’S
SUPPORT
STRUCTURE
Join the Short over
the Long Foot/Base
by aligning the cross
slots, creating a cross
base.
Align the Lower Leg
to the cross base pre-
drilled holes, insert
the Lower Leg Bolt
Sets (Part L = Bolt,
Lock Washer, Washer)
and with a ½” wrench
securely tighten in
place.
Ensure the Upright
Leg Cover is inserted
to top of Upright Let
Ensure the Lower
Leg Coupling Insert
is inserted and at the
base of the Lower Leg
and insert the Lower
Leg Cover onto Low-
er Leg.
Insert the Upright Leg
into the Lower Leg.
Repeat steps for ad-
ditional leg support.

*NOTE: For best stability
ensure the long section
of cross base is facing
outward and short sec-
tion is aligned with the
Upright Leg’s horizontal
pre-drilled brace holes.

SECURING AWNING MODULE

JOINING THE
AWNING TO THE
SUPPORT LEG
STRUCTURE
Prepare the legs by
placing them upright
with short section
of cross base facing
each other.
With ladders and
helper/s, carefully lift
the assembled Aw-
ning Module, placing
the torsion bar direct-
ly onto the Upright
Leg slot.
Align the pre-drilled
screw holes of Aw-
ning Module’s torsion
bar and Upright Leg.
Insert the Upright
Leg Bolt Set (Part K
= Bolt, Washer, Nut)
and securely tighten
with a ½” Socket
Wrench or Wrench.
SAFETY NOTICE: Ensure
the awning is placed on a
secure and level ground
or deck. Installing and us-
ing the awning on an un-
even ground/deck may
cause the awning to tilt
and fall.

NOTE: Notice the up-
right leg with 2 sets of
vertical pre-drilled holes,
this leg should be con-
nected under the aw-
nings crank loop.

BRACING THE AWNING
Place and align the
Support Brace to pre-
drilled holes of Aw-
ning Model’s torsion
bar and Upright Leg.
With a 5mm Allen
Wrench secure the
Support Brace with
4 Support Brace Bolt
Sets (Part# M = Bolt
and Washer) per side.
Option A
With a drill and metal drill
bit, drill holes directly
through each lip section
of the cross base (we
recommend a minimum
of two per section). Use
a *quality outdoor rated
screw, bolt or stake to se-
cure to ground/deck.
Option B
Use a *2” thick concrete
or stone paver, by di-
rectly laying onto each lip
section of the cross base.
*NOT INCLUDED, Please
consult with your hard-
ware store specialist to
determine the best size/
depth for your specic
ground/deck type.
BRACING THE
AWNING’S FOOT/
BASE TO GROUND
Securing the awning’s
foot/base will add stabil-
ity and prevent the aw-
ning from tilting or mov-
ing during windy weather.

Align the plastic Hand
Crank Clip (Part N) to
Upright Legs vertical
Pre-drilled and with a
Phillips Head Screw-
driver secure in place.
Clip the Hand Crank
in place (when not in
use)

Position yourself under
the awning and carefully
cut the safety restraints
from the retractable arms
with scissors.
Avoid damaging the aw-
ning – Do Not Use a Knife
or Blade to cut restraints.
SAFETY WARNING:
Before removing
the safety restraints
make sure that no
persons or objects
