RETTER EINBAUEN

INSTALLING THE RESERVE

INSTALLER LE SECOURS

Fachgerechter Einbau

Die Installation des Retters

muss durch eine Fachperson

vorgenommen werden. Eine

Anleitung bendet sich im

Handbuch.

Volumenberechnung

Als grobe Faustregel gilt:

Volumen (l)= Rettungsschirm-

gewicht (kg) x 2.7

Kompatibilitätstest unerlässlich

In jedem Fall entscheidet der

Kompatibilitätstest sowie eine

eigenhändige Probeauslösung

durch den Piloten darüber, ob

das Gesamtsystem zuverlässig

funktioniert.

ACHTUNG: Verwende nur den

Original-Auslösegriff mit fest

verbundenem Innencontainer.

Proper installation

Installation of the reserve must

be carried out by a qualied

person. Instructions can be

found in the manual.

Volume calculation

Approximate formula:

Volume(l)=

Reserve weight (kg) x 2.7

Compatibility test is essential

In every case the compatibility

test carried out by the pilot him/

herself is the only way to prove

that the whole system will work

reliably.

CAUTION: Only use the original

reserve handle and its attached

inner container

Installation correcte

Le montage doit être effectué par

une personne compétente. Des

instructions détaillées peuvent

être trouvées dans le manuel.

Calcule du volume

Formule rudimentaire:

volume (l) = poids du parachute

de secours (kg) x 2.7

Test de compatibilité

indispensable

En ce qui concerne le fonction-

nement able de l’ensemble du

système, le test de compatibilité

et un essai d’extraction effectué

par le pilote lui-même s’avèrent

déterminants dans tous les cas.

ATTENTION : Utilise exclusive-

ment la poignée d’extraction

originale avec pod intégré

Mehrteiliger Protektor

Das Protektor-System besteht

aus einem Luft-Schaum-Element

(Part 1), einem Schaum-Element

(Part 2) und dem Rucksack mit

eingebautem Rückenschaum

(Part 3).

Standard Methode

Der mit dem Gurtzeug verbun-

dene Rucksack wird vor dem

Start im Fach über dem Schaum-

Element verstaut, ohne vom

Gurtzeug gelöst zu werden. Falte

den Rucksack einmal um den

Rückenschaum (A), halte dann

den roten Griff mit einer Hand,

klappe den halbierten Rucksack

ins Fach hinein (B) und schliesse

dieses mit dem Reissverschluss.

Diese Methode ermöglicht ein

kompakteres Packen der Ausrüs-

tung sowie mehr verfügbaren

Stauraum im Rückenfach.

Multi-piece protector

The protector system consists of

an air-foam element (Part 1), a

foam element (Part 2) and the

backpack with built-in back foam

(Part 3).

Standard method

The backpack is connected to the

harness. It can be stowed in the

compartment above the foam

element before launch, without

being detached from the harness.

Simply fold the backpack around

the back foam (A), then hold the

red handle with one hand, fold

the halved backpack into the

compartment (B) and close it

with the zipper.

This method allows for more

compact packing and leaves

more storage space in the back

compartment.

Protecteur en plusieurs parties

Le système de protection se

compose d'un élément en mousse

et air (Part 1), d'un élément en

mousse (Part 2) et du sac à dos

avec mousse dorsale intégrée

(Part 3).

compartiment dorsal.

Alternative Methode

Alternativ kann der Rücken-

schaum (1) aus dem Rucksack

ausgebaut und permanent als

drittes Protektor-Element (Part 3)

im Fach über dem Schaum-

Element (Part 2) verstaut werden.

Bei dieser Methode wird der

Rucksack vom Gurtzeug gelöst

und konventionell im Rückenfach

verstaut.

ACHTUNG: Die Protektor-

Zulassung ist nur unter Anwen-

dung einer der beiden oben-

stehenden Methoden gegeben.

ACHTUNG: Auch wenn die

Dämpfungswerte der Zulassung

bei beiden Methoden nahezu

identisch sind, empfehlen wir für

maximalen Schutz die Standard

Methode.

ACHTUNG: Achte darauf, dass der

Reissverschluss des Protektor-

fachs korrekt geschlossen ist.

Alternative method

Alternatively, you can remove the

back foam (1) from the backpack

and permanently stow it, without

the backpack, as the third

protector element (Part 3) in the

compartment above the foam

element (Part 2). The backpack

can be detached from the harness

and stowed in the back compart-

ment in the conventional way.

CAUTION: Protector certication

is only given if one of the two

methods above is applied.

CAUTION: Although the damping

values under test conditions

are almost identical for both

methods, we recommend

stowing the backpack in the

protector compartment to ensure

maximum protection.

CAUTION: Make sure that

the zipper of the protector

compartment is closed correctly.

protection maximale.

ATTENTION : Veille à ce que la

fermeture éclair du compartiment

du protecteur soit fermée.
