Overview
Young Living’s Duet Diuser is an atomizer and aroma diuser all in one. A beautiful,
functional way to make the most of Young Living’s premium essential oils, this versatile
diuser disperses the aromas and powerful constituents of essential oils throughout your
space. Featuring intermittent run time settings and an automatic shuto feature, the
Duet Diuser makes it eortless to create a spa-like environment anywhere.

Operating Instructions
Operating Instructions
1. Press down on the
pump until it pops up.
Gently pull to remove
the pump.
2. Remove the outer cap,
then use the enclosed
orifice remover tool to
remove the plastic orifice
reducer on the bottle.
3. Insert appropriate length
tube into the bottom of the
pump and screw on to the
desired oil bottle.
4. Insert the pump into the
diuser, being sure to align
the markings on the pump
with the markings on the
unit, and press down.
5. Connect the
power supply.
6. Turn the Power
On/O button to start
the diuser.
Note: Essential Oils with a
higher viscosity will diuse
dierently. You may or may
not see the mist depending on
which oil is diusing.
Insert the oil pipe into
pump. Ensure insert to the end.
Note: The pumps come with
no bottle attached.

Functionality
Functionality
Button Function
Touch to increase the volume when the music is on.
Press 2 times to skip to the next track.
Touch to decrease the volume when the music is on.
Press 2 times to skip to the previous track.
While the diuser is running:
· Use the Time button to change the diuser’s run time.
Select between 1, 2, 4, and 8 hours.
· The diuser will shut o automatically when the run time is up
or the essential oil bottle is empty.
*Bluetooth function: While the diuser is running, turn on your mobile device’s
Bluetooth function. Find and select “Duet Diuser” from the list of available devices
to connect and play audio from your diuser.
While the diuser is running, use the Mist On button to select the
amount of time you want the mist to diuse.
While the diuser is running, use the Mist O button to determine the
amount of time between diusing.
While the diuser is running, use the Oil Select button to choose
which oil pump diuses.
Press 1 time to turn the diuser on. The default setting is 1 hour
working with 5-second mist on and 10-second mist o. Press 2 times to
turn the diuser o.
Press 3 seconds to disconnect the Bluetooth connection while the
diuser is operating.

Safety and Care Instructions
Please read and follow these safety guidelines closely to ensure safe operation
of the diuser.
1. Do not tilt or set on side when oil is attached to the pump. Leakage of oil
into the diuser or pump may damage the diuser.
2. Unplug the diuser immediately and discontinue use in the event of smoke or a
burning smell.
3. Never wrap the adaptor with cloth, paper, etc. Such actions may result in damage to
the diuser or fire.
4. Never touch the adaptor with wet hands; electric shock or injury may occur.
5. Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the diuser; this will void the warranty.
6. Never immerse the diuser in water.
7. Unplug the adapter when not in use.
8. Keep the diuser out of reach of children.
9. Do not remove the pumps during operation.
10. Do not place your fingers on mist spout during operation.
11. Use only the included power cable provided in the packaging by Young Living.
12. Do not use metal objects to clean the pump; use only a cotton swab or cloth dipped
in rubbing alcohol.
13. Never use the diuser for purposes other than those listed in this manual.
14. If the diuser will not be used for an extended period or needs to be relocated,
unplug the power adaptor, remove the essential oil bottle and wipe the pump
clean before storage.
15. Clean the pumps before switching to dierent essential oils.
16. Use only premium natural essential oils. Artificial, synthetic, or impure oils,
fragrances, or chemicals can cause harm to the diuser.
17. When unplugging the power adaptor, pull from the adaptor plug instead
of pulling the wire.
18. Avoid placing the diuser under direct sunlight, close to a refrigerator or fan, or in a
hot environment.
19. Place the diuser on a hard, solid surface.
20. Some essential oils can cause damage to surface. Test in a discrete
location before use.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Daily
Activate the auto clean function by pressing the Mist On button for 3 seconds. The
diuser will automatically clean both pumps to prevent essential oil blockage. The auto
clean function runs for 20 seconds and then resumes normal operation. It is highly
recommended to auto clean the pumps 2-3 times a week.
Monthly
A thorough cleaning of both the diuser and the pumps is recommended at least once a
month or if abnormal diusing is experienced. See cleaning instructions below:
1. Remove both pumps by pressing down on the pumps and then removing them from
the diuser.
2. Unscrew the pumps from the essential oil bottles. Be sure to cap the oils while
cleaning to prevent spilling.
3. Fill the enclosed empty cleaning bottles with rubbing alcohol. Screw the bottles onto
the pumps and secure the pumps back into the unit.
4. Turn the diuser on and run it for one hour using any setting.
5. After the hour of cleaning, remove the pumps, unscrew the cleaning bottles, and
discard any unused alcohol.
6. Detach the oil tubes from the pumps by gently pulling them out. Lightly rinse the
base of the pump and the oil tube with clean water. Use a dry cloth to wipe o any
excess water.
7. Reinsert the oil tubes back into their original hole in the pump. If residue is present on
an oil tube, switch it for a new oil tube.
8. Reattach the essential oil bottles to the pumps and secure the pumps into
the diuser.

Troubleshooting
The diuser does
not turn on.

diuser, realign the markings,
and press down to secure
the pump.
2. Add more essential oil or
change out the bottle.
3. Remove and reinsert the oil tube
into the pump.

instructions.
1. Check connections on both ends
of the power cord to ensure
proper connection to the diuser
and power outlet.
2. Try another power outlet

Young Living Diuser Warranty
Young Living Essential Oils (YLEO), 1538 W. Sandalwood Drive, Lehi UT 84043, subject
to the exclusions contained below, warrants its diuser to be free from defects in
materials and workmanship under normal consumer usage for a period of 90 calender
days from the date of original purchase.
This Warranty Does Not Cover:
1. Defects or damage resulting from use of the diuser in other than its normal and
customary manner
2. Defects or damage from misuse, accident, or neglect
3. Defects or damage from use of natural oils other than those supplied or sold by
Young Living Essential Oils or an authorized distributor
4. Defects or damage from use of materials other than essential oils
5. Defects or damage from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation,
adjustment, or any alteration or modification of any kind
6. Breakage or damage caused by use of other than the specified voltage
7. Products disassembled or repaired by anyone other than an authorized Young Living
Essential Oils agent so as to adversely aect performance or prevent adequate
inspection, verification, and testing to verify any warranty claim (If there are any
signs that the diuser had been opened, the warranty will be void.)
8. Products with labels removed or illegible serial numbers
9. Marring such as scratches on any plastic surfaces and externally exposed parts
resulting from normal use
10. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear
11. Damage resulting from the use of metal tools to clean the diuser

This limited warranty is the buyer’s exclusive remedy, applies to new diusers purchased
from Young Living Essential Oils, and is nontransferable. Please retain your original
purchase receipt. In the event of a warranty claim or return for repair, a copy of the
purchase receipt should accompany the diuser when shipped to YLEO.
To make a warranty claim or to purchase spare parts, please contact the Young Living
Member Services Department at 1.800.371.3515 (6 a.m.–8 p.m., MT, M–F and 7 a.m.–5
p.m., MT, Saturday). If it is determined by Member Services that the diuser is to be
shipped back to YLEO, the buyer will need to send the product back in its original box
(if available) with the power adaptor, a copy of the original purchase receipt, and the
YLEO Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)# (displayed clearly on the receipt), which
will be provided by Member Services.
