Digital mp3 player
Thank you for your use of the digital MP3 player.
You will get introduction, method of application and system
setup relating to the product as well as all information coming
along with the safety cautions, which will help you make better
use of the functions of the product.
In case any problem arises during the service of the product,
which you cannot tackle, dial our hotline number.

1. During the purchase, check if the following accompanying

1. A pair of HiFi earphones.
2. Acharger
3. A CD for installation of driver
4. An operation manual
5. A warrant card
6. A piece of USB cable
7. Apiece of Line in wire
Use of power supply
This unit is powered by builtin lithium battery at a7V and
250mA. The player allows charging by direct insertion into
the USB jack of the computer or through the charger pro
vided. The charging duration required is about 45 hours.
Note: This unit does not play in the process of charging For
the battery of the unit, min. 12 hours is required for the first
charging.

Cautions
1. For proper operation of the unit and prevention against
accidents, never subject it at places with high temperature,
severe cold or high humidity or close to fire and likely to be
affected by rains.
2. With the fine workmanship In this unit, never attempting to
dismantle the unit in case of problems arising from the
service, please contact our aftersales department.
3. For your personal safety, never use earphones for listening
while driving cars or other vehicles. In particular, pay spe
cial attention to the traffic safety when crossing roads.
Remove the earphones if necessary.
4. To prevent damage to the hearing, it is recommended that
the volume be tuned down to the minimum before listening
to the music and then tuned up gradually depending on the
actual conditions during the listening to satisfy personal
needs.

Overview
Function block diagram
Universal functions of product:
Supporting the play of music files and recording files in up
to 99 subfolders at one level.
Supporting the identification of up to 99 recording files
under each folder.
Supporting the deletion of one or all song (or recording)
files in the current folder.
Poweroff memory function: allowing the restoration of the
various states before poweroff after switching the power
on, including memory of the number of song or position of
the recording.

Play resumption at interrupted point: allowing memory of
the play position when the play is interrupted. When the
power is switched off while a song under a folder is being
played, the unit stops at the point of time when the power is
switched on. Start the Play and the play starts from this
point.

1. Definition of key functions (7 keys in total):
PLAY/PAUSE: Poweron/off, play, pause and stop.
MODE: switching between operating modes, options of
menu and interfaces
NEXT: next item, fast forward
PREV: previous item, fast rewind.
VOL+: volume increase/next folder
VOL: volume decrease/previous folder
: Special hotkey for AB/recording

Description of keypressing modes
Keypressing modes include short press, long press and hold.
Short press:
In the case of combined short/long press, release the key
to enable the setting; till the release time <=1,2s; (Play,
Stop; previous song and next song);
In the case of short press alone, there is only one response
to the key frompressing to release without time limit.
Long press:
Press the key tor >1.2s to enable the setting. (Power
on/off. Fast forward/rewind).

Hold: During the period from pressing to release, there are
multiple responses to the key at certain frequency, (tuning
the volume)
Hotkey recording function for REC key
For REC key, the hotkey recording function applies to all
interfaces but VOICE and MUSIC play interface, repeat
interface, upgrading interface and Udisc interface. Simply
press the REC key shortly to enter RECORD and recording
starts.
Shortcut function for MODE key
In MUSIC, RECORD, VOICE, FM, SYSTEM and IMAGE,
unless otherwise noted or in some inapplicable cases,
press the MODE key long to stop the current operation and
return to the main menu.

Max. 4 items for each screen. In case of less than 4 items,
they are displayed at the top.
The item with blue background is the active item.
Pressing Mode key enables selecting and entering that
option.

Pressing PLAY/PAUSE key enables exiting from that option.
Key function
Press NEXT shortly or long and the blue background steps
down and when it reaches the bottom, the next screen
shows up until the last screen.
Further pressing leads back to the first screen.
Press PREV shortly or long and it works contrary to NEXT.
Press MODE shortly and select the active icon to execute
the function relevant to the selected option.
Press AB shortly to enter the recording mode and record
ing starts.
Press PLAY/PAUSE key shortly to exit from the menu.
VOL+/VOL disabled.
Idlesse for 5s leads to automatic exit from the functions.
