3.3.1 One touch closing (option)
When this option is installed the rolling shade closes up to
200mm from the fullly closed position after momentarely pushing
the close button. This position is for safety reasons to make sure
nobody gets trapped between the Folding Shade and the deck
structure.
3Main power supply is switched on.
XPush the close button momentarely.
– The RS 2500 closes up to 200mm from the fullly closed
position.
Pushing the button again stops the closing movement.
XPush and hold the close button to fully close the RS 2500.
XRelease the button when the RS 2500 has reached the fully
closed position.
4 Maintenance
ATTENTION
Cleaning agents can contain harmful compo-
nents
Damage to product.
XNever use solvents such as:
– Methylated spirits
– Turpentine
– White spirit
– Window cleaning products
– Alkaline products containing sodium solutions
– Acid products like muriatic or those containing
phosphor
ATTENTION
Dry materials cause damage to the RS 2500 fab-
ric.
XNever rub the dry surface of the RS 2500.
XNever use steel wool, abrasives or sandpaper.
ATTENTION
High pressure cleaners can cause damage to the
RS 2500 fabric.
XNever use a high pressure cleaner to clean the
RS 2500.
Regular maintenance of the RS 2500 makes cleaning easier and
ensures smooth sliding.
4.1 Cleaning
XWash the RS 2500 with clean, lukewarm water and a soft
brush.
XLet the fabric dry in the open air.
In case of stubborn stains:
XUse a mild soap or Tex Activ Cleaner, solved in lukewarm water.
XRinse the fabric with clean water.
XLet the fabric dry in the open air.
XMake the fabric water repellent again after the use of Tex Activ
Cleaner.
4.2 Greasing
XClean the inside of the guides.
XApply a thin layer of grease (Isoflex® Topas L32) to the inside of
the guides (Fig. 04).
