Buttons
OFF/ON – to enable or disable the keyboard, move the slider button to the left
or right
CONNECT – press the button to start syncing the keyboard with the device
LEDs
CAPS – after you press the CAPS LOCK button the led glows blue. The mode for
writing in capital letters is activated
– after pressing the CONNECT button the led ashes blue until the device
achieves connectivity
Charge – when the keyboard is charging the led changes to the color red. It turns
o when the device is fully charged
Power – moving the slider to the ON position indicates the device is turned on.
The LED will light up for a few seconds and then it will turn o to conserve power.
The keyboard remains activated
Functions
If you purchased a keyboard with a Vasco device you can skip the“Pairing”section.
The keyboard is ready to work with Vasco devices and there is no need
to change the settings
Turn on the keyboard by pressing the OFF/ON button in the upper right corner
of the device
Turn on the Vasco device
You can now start using the keyboard
Syncing/Pairing
Turn on the keyboard by pressing the OFF/ON button in the upper right corner
of the device

Turn on the device you want to pair with the keyboard and Bluetooth visibility, and
then go to the Bluetooth settings
Press the“Connect” button on the keyboard. The LED marked with (Bluetooth)
will ash blue
At this time, the following message will appear “Bluetooth keyboard 3.0”, press it
and then rewrite the code on the keyboard that appears on the screen and press
the“Enter” key
When you see the status “Connected” under the keyboard name, you can begin
using the device
Changing the keyboard layout
(change the input language)
To quickly change the keyboard layout, press and hold down the “Control” key
and then press “Space”. The screen will display information about the selected
language
Function expansion key FN
Due to the compact size of the keyboard, access to certain functions, special char-
acters, punctuation and diacritics can be achieved through a combination of keys.
The symbols in the upper right corner of the keyboard allow for easy identication
of additional features. Some of them are only available for selected keyboard lay-
outs or are activated after a given application is initialized.
Examples of the use of the FN key function extensions:
FN+F1 – search
FN+F2 – change the language for the text entry method (keyboard MultiLing)
FN+F3 – turn on the calculator
FN+F4 – view contacts/copy (in text editors)
FN+F5 – paste

FN+F6 – cut
FN+F7 – go to the previous music track or video (function works in music play-
ers and video)
FN+F8 – stop/play video or music track
FN+F9 – go to the next music track or video
FN+F10 – decrease the volume of the device
FN+F11 – increase the volume of the device
FN+F12 – turn the screen o/on
Diacritical marks, special characters and
punctuation
How to enter special characters, diacritical and punctuation depends on the cho-
sen keyboard layout. To input the desired character press the FN key, control or alt
in combination with other keys.
Backlighting of keys
To turn on the backlight option on, press the key once .
Repeated pressing increases the intensity of the backlight
Press the button a third time to turn o the backlight
+ or – changes the backlight color
When the battery level falls below 20% the backlighting of keys will turn o
Charging the battery
Turn on the keyboard
The led“Charge”lights green - the battery is charged suciently
The led“Charge”lights red - recharge the battery by following these steps:

Connect the micro USB cable to the keyboard charging socket.
Connect the USB cable to a computer or a network charger.
Charge for 1 to 3 hours or until the led informing of the battery status “Charge”
turns o.
WARNING! To increase battery life, turn o the keyboard, if you do not
intend to use it for a long time
If the led„Charge”ashes red it is recommended to charge the battery for no
less than 2 hours
Energy eciency and standby
During normal use the battery should last for several weeks. An unused keyboard
will automatically switch to standby mode. To exit standby mode, press any key
and wait a few seconds

Funktionstasten
OFF/ON – Um die Tastatur ein- oder auszuschalten, bewegen Sie den Schalter
nach links bzw. rechts.
CONNECT – Drücken Sie die Taste um die Verbindung zwischen Tastatur und
Gerät zu aktivieren.
Leuchtanzeigen
CAPS – Wenn Sie die Feststelltaste (CAPS LOCK) drücken, leuchtet die Anzeige
blau. Die Großschreibung ist aktiviert.
– Nach Drücken der CONNECT Taste blinkt die Anzeige solange blau bis die
Geräteverbindung hergestellt ist.
Charge – Wenn die Tastatur geladen wird leuchtet diese Anzeige rot. Die Anzeige
erlischt wenn der Ladevorgang vollständig abgeschlossen ist.
Power – Beim Einschalten der Tastatur leuchtet diese Anzeige kurz auf. Nach eini-
gen Sekunden erlischt die Anzeige wieder, um Energie zu sparen. Die Tastatur
bleibt trotzdem eingeschaltet.
Inbetriebnahme
Falls Sie die Tastatur zusammen mit einem Vasco Gerät gekauft haben, können Sie
den unten folgenden Abschnitt„Synchronisieren“ ignorieren. DieTastatur ist dann
bereits fertig auf Ihr Vasco Gerät eingestellt und Sie brauchen zur Inbetriebnahme
nur folgendes zu tun:
Schalten Sie die Tastatur ein, indem Sie die OFF/ON Taste rechts oben am Gerät
drücken.
Schalten Sie dann das Vasco Gerät ein.
Die Tastatur ist jetzt arbeitsbereit.

Schalten Sie dieTastatur ein, indem Sie die OFF/ONTaste rechts oben am Gerät drücken.

Schalten Sie das Gerät ein, das Sie mit der Tastatur über Bluetooth verbinden wol-
len. Gehen Sie dann in die Bluetooth Einstellungen des Geräts.
Drücken Sie die„Connect“ Taste rechts oben auf der Tastatur. Die Bluetooth Leuch-
tanzeige (Bluetooth) beginnt blau zu blinken.
Kurz darauf wird die Anzeige „Bluetooth Tastatur 3.0“ erscheinen. Tippen Sie auf
die Anzeige. Geben Sie anschließend über die Tastatur den Code ein, der auf dem
Bildschirm erscheint und drücken Sie die Taste„Enter“.
Sobald unterhalb des Tastaturnamens die Statusmeldung„Connected“ erscheint,
ist die Tastatur arbeitsbereit.
Tastenbelegung ändern
(Eingabesprache ändern)
Um die Tastenbelegung zu ändern, halten Sie die „Control“ Taste gedrückt und
drücken Sie anschließend„Space“. Auf dem Bildschirm erscheinen Informationen
zur gewählten Sprache.
Funktionserweiterungen mit der Taste„FN“
Mit Hilfe der„FN“-Taste (links unten auf der Tastatur) sind Zusatzfunktionen sowie
Sonderzeichen und Satzzeichen wählbar. Symbole auf den Tasten der oberen
Reihe zeigen die erreichbaren Zusatzfunktionen. Manche dieser Zusatzfunktio-
nen sind nur bei bestimmten Tastaturbelegungen möglich oder gelten nur im
Zusammenhang mit bestimmten Programmen.
Beispiele von Tastaturkombinationen für Zusatzfunktionen:
FN+F1 – Suche
FN+F2 – Sprache der Texteingabe ändern (keyboard MultiLing)
FN+F3 – Taschenrechner einschalten
FN+F4 – Kontakte sehen / Kopieren (in Textprogrammen)

Umlaute, Sonderzeichen und Satzzeichen
Die Eingabe von Sonderzeichen, Satzzeichen und Umlauten ist von der ausge-
wählten Tastaturbelegung abhängig. Um das gewünschte Zeichen einzugeben
drücken Sie die Taste„FN“,„Control“ oder„ALT“ in Kombination mit anderen Tasten.
Tastaturbeleuchtung
Um die Tastaturbeleuchtung einzuschalten, drücken Sie einmal auf die folgende
Taste: .
Wiederholtes Drücken der Taste erhöht die Beleuchtungsstärke.
Drücken Sie die Taste erneut, um die Beleuchtung auszuschalten.
+ oder – Ändert die Beleuchtungsfarbe
Wenn der Akkustand unter 20% fällt, schaltet sich die Tastaturbeleuchtung auto-
matisch ab.
Akku laden
Schalten Sie die Tastatur ein.
Wenn die Anzeige„Charge“ grün leuchtet ist der Akku ausreichend geladen.
Wenn die Anzeige„Charge“ red leuchtet, laden Sie den Akku folgendermaßen:

Stecken Sie das Micro USB Kabel in die Tastatur.
Verbinden Sie das USB Kabel mit einem Computer oder einem Netzwerk
Ladegerät.
Laden Sie den Akku für 1 bis 3 Stunden oder bis die Leuchtanzeige „Charge“
erlischt.
Wenn die Anzeige „Charge“ rot blinkt, laden Sie den Akku für mindestens
2Stunden.
WICHTIG! Um die Akkudauer zu verlängern, schalten Sie die Tastatur aus,
wenn Sie sie für längere Zeit nicht nutzen möchten.
Energieezienz und Standby Modus
Bei durchschnittlicher Nutzung sollte der Akku mehrere Wochen halten. Wenn
die Tastatur nicht genutzt wird, wechselt sie automatisch in den Standby Modus.
Um den Standby Modus zu beenden, drücken Sie eine beliebige Taste und war-
ten Sie kurz.

Touches

Diodes
CAPS – lorsque vous appuyez sur CAPS LOCK la diode est allumée en bleu. Le
mode de l’écriture en lettres capitales est activé
– lorsque vous appuyez sur la touche CONNECT la diode clignote en bleu
jusqu’à ce que le clavier est apparié
Charge – lorsque le clavier est en charge la diode est en rouge. Elle s’éteint
quand le clavier est complètement chargé
Power – quand vous deplacez la touche OFF/ON en position ON, la diode s’al-
lume pendant quelques secondes puis elle s’éteint pour économiser l’énergie.
Le clavier reste activé.
Utilisation
Si vous avez acheté le clavier avec un appareil dédié Vasco vous pouvez sauter la
section «Appariement». Le clavier est prêt à fonctionner avec des appareils dédiés
Vasco et il n’y a pas besoin de modier les paramètres.
Allumez le clavier en déplaçant le bouton OFF/ON dans le coin supérieur droit de
l’appareil.
Allumez l’appareil Vasco.
Vous pouvez maintenant commencer à utiliser le clavier.
Appariement
Allumez le clavier en déplaçant le bouton OFF/ON dans le coin supérieur droit de
l’appareil.
