Step 1: There are extra parts of Part 12. You can cut these down to replace parts P10 or P11 if they get lost or
damaged.
Step 3: Ensure part B9 had the longer end pointing UP
Step 8: Ensure part b9 has the longer end pointing DOWN.
Step 11: Adjust each part to ensure the hole is aligned.
Step 13a: Ensure part A15 has the longer end pointing DOWN.
Step 13b: Adjust each part to ensure the hole is aligned. Use part P13 to check if all aligned correctly.
Step 17: Assemble the Left Leg using the instructions used for the Right Leg Steps 11-15. Once you have
completed step 15 return to step 17 to nish. The part numbers required are the same as the right leg
however they are lower case rather than upper case. E.g. B22=b22 A19=a19.
Note the part on Step 17, a13-1, is slightly dierent to the A13 used on the right leg.
Step 18: Cut the paper to the HEART shape along the edges.
Step 24: When adding the arms to the main body, insert built arm into C5 before securing in place with A5/a5.
Step 25a: Place part P7 on B36 and mark out where to cut a hole in the middle as per the image, and then
carefully using scissors or a stanley knife, cut P7 to the required shape.
Step 25b: Ax parts a25 BEFORE a31 + A24
Step 25c: Find parts a31 and A24, holding them softly, bend them into the holes on B36.
Step 26: Ax parts a27 to a24 using Glue. BE CAREFUL not to get glue on any other parts in this stage.
Step 27: Rotate the battery cover up to be able to change the battery
Step 28a: Attach D8 to D10 with Glue, let dry before xing together. DO NOT get Glue on other parts.
Step 28b: Once assembled rotate each gear to ensure they are moving freely.
Step 28c: Turn the key 720 degrees, to test gear mechanism is working.
Step 29: Assemble Fan parts P8, a28, A28, D11 together with glue. Let dry before axing to main unit.
Step 30a: Assemble head parts D9, a29, a30, P6, D4 together and allow to dry before axing to main unit.
Step 30b: Move the arms aside to make assembly easier.
Step 30c: When attaching the leg parts to P13, if the hole seems to tight, slightly sand P13 until it is thin
enough to t through the hole.
Step 30d: When connecting legs please glue on the OUTSIDE of the leg. DO NOT get glue inside the hole that
P13 slides into. Glue on the outside of this hole.
