Tend Insights, Inc. dba Tend (Tend) réparera ou remplacera (à notre
discrétion) votre caméra gratuitement (moins les frais d'expédition)
dans les 24 mois à compter de la date d'achat, si l'unité est jugé
défectueux. Le client devra d'abord retourner le produit défectueux
au lieu d'achat, en fonction de la politique de retour ou de
remboursement originale. Si la politique de retour ou de
remboursement du vendeur initial a expiré et que cette unité est
encore couverte par la garantie limitée du fabricant, les clients
peuvent envoyer un courriel support@tendinsights.com pour obtenir
un numéro RMA ID et des instructions d'expédition. La caméra doit
être expédiée avec la preuve d'achat. Les clients devront payer
l'expédition de la caméra défectueuse à Tend. Tend sera responsable
de l'envoi de la caméra de rechange. En l'absence d'une preuve
d'achat, le délai de garantie est de 24 mois à compter de la date de
fabrication de l'appareil.

CANADA REGULATORY NOTICE
This product is covered by limited manufacturer's warranty for the period indicated
below from the date of purchase. The customer should first return the defective unit
to the original place of purchase, based on its return or refund policy. If the original
vendor’s return/refund policy has expired and the unit is still within the limited
manufacturer’s warranty, customers can contact the distributor in your country.
Information of the distributor in your country can be found below or on the box. The
customer will need to pay for shipping of the defective camera to distributor.
Distributor will be responsible for shipment of replacement cameras. Cameras must
be returned with proof of purchase. In the absence of a purchase receipt, the
warranty period shall be as indicated below from the date the camera was
manufactured.
In no event shall tend be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages
for breach of this or any other warranty, expressed or implied, whatsoever.
- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
- Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
- Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit dierent from that to which the
receiver is connected.
- Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
To maintain compliance with FCC's RF exposure guidelines, this equipment should
be installed and operated with minimum distance of 20 cm between the radiator and
your body. Use only the supplied antenna.
You are cautioned that any changes or modifications not expressly approved in this
manual could void your authority to operate this equipment.
The shielded interface cable recommended in this manual must be used with this
equipment in order to comply with the limits for a digital device pursuant to Subpart
B of Part 15 of FCC Rules.
