La scheda SCB24
consente l’utilizzo di n° 2
batterie tampone (12 Vdc
- 1,2 Ah) collegate in serie
per mantenere in funzione
l’automazione in mancanza
di tensione di rete.
Durante il normale utilizzo
del motoriduttore la scheda
SCB24 mantiene cariche
le batterie tampone,
mentre, nei periodi di
mancanza di tensione
di rete, le utilizza per
consentire il funzionamento
dell’automazione.
Ogni altro uso è improprio
e, quindi, vietato dalle
normative vigenti.
Nella progettazione delle
proprie apparecchiature,
TAU rispetta le normative
applicabili al prodotto; è
fondamentale che anche
l’installatore, nel realizzare
gli impianti, prosegua nel
rispetto scrupoloso delle
norme.
Personale non qualifi cato
o non a conoscenza delle
normative applicabili alla
categoria dei “cancelli e
porte automatiche” deve
assolutamente astenersi
dall’eseguire installazioni
ed impianti.
Chi non rispetta le
normative è responsabile
dei danni che l’impianto
potrà causare!
Si consiglia di leggere
attentamente tutte le

INSTALLAZIONE
Prima di procedere
assicurarsi del buon
funzionamento della parte
meccanica. Verifi care
inoltre che il gruppo
motoriduttore sia stato
installato correttamente
seguendo le relative
istruzioni. Eseguiti questi
controlli, assicurarsi
che il motoriduttore non
abbia un assorbimento
durante il movimento
superiore a 3 A (per un
corretto funzionamento
del quadro di comando).

Important information:
Disconnect the system
from the power supply
before starting work.
Two buffer batteries (12
Vdc – 1.2 Ah), connected
in series, can be used with
the SCB24 card in order to
keep the automatic system
working in the event of a
mains power failure.
While the gearmotor is
working normally, the
SCB24 card keeps the
buffer batteries charged,
but in the event of a mains
power failures, it uses
them to keep the automatic
system working.
Any other use is
considered improper and is
consequently forbidden by
current laws.
When designing its
products, TAU observes all
applicable standards; it is
of paramount importance,
however, that installers
continue to strictly observe
the same standards when
installing the system.
Unqualifi ed personnel or
those who are unaware of
the standards applicable to
the “automatic gates and
doors” category may not
install systems under any
circumstances.
Whoever ignores such
standards will be held
responsible for any damage
caused by the system!
Do not install the unit
before you have read all
the instructions.
INSTALLATION
Before proceeding, make
sure the mechanical
components work
correctly. Also check
that the gear motor
assembly has been
installed according to
the instructions. Then
make sure that the power
consumption of the gear
motor during movement
is not greater than 3 A
(otherwise the control
panel may not work
properly).

Vor Eingriffen die
Netzstromversorgung
abtrennen.
Die Karte SCB24 ermöglicht
den Gebrauch von Nr.
2 seriengeschalteten
Pufferbatterien (12 Vdc
- 1,2 Ah), damit die
Automatisierung auch
bei Netzstromausfall
funktionieren kann.
Während des
Normalbetriebs des
Getriebemotors hält
die Karte SCB24 die
Pufferbatterien geladen,
wogegen sie diese in den
Zeiten, in den der Strom
ausfällt, für den Betrieb der
Automatisierung benutzt.
Jeder andere Einsatz ist
unsachgemäß und daher
laut gültiger Vorschriften
verboten.
Bei der Planung ihrer
Apparaturen hält sich TAU
an die für das Produkt
anwendbaren Vorschriften;
von grundlegender
Wichtigkeit ist, dass sich
auch der Installateur bei
der Durchführung der
Anlage genauestens an die
Vorschriften hält.
Personal, das nicht
qualifi ziert ist oder die
Vorschriften nicht kennt,
die für die Kategorie
„automatische Türen und
Tore“ anwendbar sind, darf
Installationen und Anlagen
keinesfalls ausführen.
Wer sich nicht an die
Vorschriften hält, haftet für
die Schäden, die von der
Anlage verursacht werden
können.
Vor der Installation bitte
alle Anweisungen genau
lesen.
INSTALLATION
Vor der Installation
sicher sein, dass alle
mechanischen Teile
korrekt funktionieren.
Weiterhin prüfen, ob der
Getriebemotor korrekt
installiert ist und die
jeweiligen Anweisungen
befolgen. Nach
Durchführung dieser
Kontrollen sicher stellen,
dass die Stromaufnahme
des Getriebemotors
während der Bewegung
nicht über 3° ist (für den
korrekten Betrieb der
Schalt- und Steuertafel).

Recommandations
importantes :
Couper l’alimentation de
secteur de l’automatisme
avant d’y accéder.
La carte SCB24 permet
l’utilisation de 2 batteries
tampon (12 Vcc - 1,2 Ah)

fonction en cas de coupure
du courant.
Durant l’utilisation normale
du motoréducteur, la
carte SCB24 maintient les
batterie tampon rechargées

Toute autre utilisation est

s’assurer du bon
fonctionnement de
la partie mécanique.
Vérifi er en outre que le
groupe motoréducteur a
été installé correctement
suivant les instructions
spécifi ques. Après avoir
effectué ces contrôles,

du motoréducteur au
cours de la manœuvre
ne dépasse pas 3 A

correct de la logique de
commande).

La tarjeta SCB24
permite utilizar 2 baterías
compensadoras (12 Vdc

Cuando proyecta sus
propios equipos, TAU
respeta las normativas
aplicables al producto;
es fundamental que al
efectuar las instalaciones,
el instalador también
trabaje respetando
escrupulosamente las

El personal no cualifi cado

INSTALACIÓN
Antes de iniciar,

del motorreductor
