1 Safety Information
Warning
This product should not be used by individuals with a pacemaker or other implanted medical
devices as it passes a low level electrical signal through the body which may interfere with its
operation. This product is also not suitable for women during pregnancy!
This body scale is intended for adults (ages 18-100) with inactive to moderately active lifestyles.
DO NOT MODIFY THIS EQUIPMENT WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION FROM THE
MANUFACTURER BEYOND WHAT IS DEEMED SAFE IN THIS MANUAL
Bluetooth®Smart Scale Care
• Protect the unit against moisture and keep away from liquids. Clean using a dampened
cloth after use.
• Do not expose scale to direct sunlight
• Do not leave scale in area of extreme temperature or humidity.
• Device not intended for people with limited physical, sensory or mental abilities unless
under observation by a person that can ensure its safe and proper use.
• Do not attempt to dismantle or repair the device yourself.
• Only store at and on an even surface to maintain correct calibration for every use.
How to Ensure Accurate Readings
• Always measure barefoot. Do not step on unit with wet feet, wearing socks or shoes to
prevent slipping, damage and inaccurate readings
• Recommended to be placed on hard at surface only.
• Always weigh yourself on the same scale, same place and same surface if possible.
Recommended Measurement Times is after waking up but before breakfast (optimal), 2
hours after recent meal but before the next meal, or before bed but 2 hours after dinner.
• Erroneous measurements can occur if feet are dirty, dry or extremely callous.
• Body fat percentage estimates will vary with the amount of water in the body, and can be
affected by dehydration or over-hydration due to such factors as alcohol consumption,
menstruation, illness, intense exercise.
• Stand upright and not to the edge of the scale to ensure good contact with the film or
electrodes (the lm and electrodes both are conductive media depending scale models).
• Horizontal line should be running below arch of each foot.
• Full feature of scale only available with corresponding app.

Software:
OKOK International is an application created with the idea of "Internet of Things" in mind, it works
with Bluetooth® Smart Scale and records and monitors your body weight, fat percentage, water
percentage, muscle mass, bone mass, visceral fat percentage, BMR, BMI.
OKOK International cares more for your health, starting from helping you manage your body weight
and using your body health indices information, it provides you with adequate suggestions for
exercise, food and sleep. Monitoring your health indices 24 hours a day, it helps you to exercise
more actively, eat better and sleep well.
Adding the batteries:
The scale uses three AAA batteries, which are supplied. These are non-rechargeable batteries and
no attempt should be made to recharge these.
Remove the back cover and add the 3x AAA batteries in the direction indicated.
Replace the cover. The Display should light up now when you press on the glass surface of the
scales.
If not used, it will power off after about 20 seconds. A faulty operation would make it power off.

Remove the batteries if you are planning to store the device for a long period of time. We hope you
use your device for many years of course, but long periods of storage with the batteries in place
may damage the device and will cause the batteries to discharge.
Replace the set of batteries (3x AAA) in the right direction when the LCD words twinkling and
further show "LO".
Note: Do not tamper or attempt to open the unit in which the battery is housed, your
warranty will be invalidated. Substances contained within the battery may damage
the environment or human health if handled and there may be a risk of electrical
shock or burns. When disposing of this product, ensure that it is collected separately
for special treatment and not as normal household waste.
How does the Bluetooth®Smart Scale work
This Bluetooth® Smart Scale uses BIA (Bio-electrical Impedance Analysis) technology to calculate
body fat mass, lean mass, total body water and bone mass. The general principle behind: two or
more conductors (electrode or ITO lm) on the scale contact person's body and a small electric
current is sent through the body. The resistance between the conductors will provide a measure of
body fat.
NOTE: This device is a personal monitor and should be used in a consistent manner for the most
accurate reading. While readings of this analyzer might be different with that of others (hydro-
densitometry or hand held calipers), your changes in body fat percentage shown by this device will
be reected accurately.
While this analyzer will work accurately as a scale for anyone and give accurate body fat readings
for a majority of people, it is not intended for being used by pregnant women or children under the
age of 18.
The best time to measure your body composition
Our water content can vary at different times during the day and since body fat percentage is
calculated by measuring the water content, our body fat reading can also vary throughout the
day. There is no right or wrong time of the day to take a reading, but we nd it most consistent to
measure our body weight and water content rst thing in the morning before eating or drinking and
after using the toilet. It is about making the measurement consistent.
Taking measurement after having a bath or sauna, or following intensive exercise, or within 1-2
hours of drinking in quantity or eating a meal is going to distort the values generated.
Never attempt to take readings when you are wet, after a shower or vigorous exercise.
Make sure that the scale is placed on a level, hard surface.
DO NOT attempt to use the scale on a carpeted surface—erroneous values will be generated.

3 Getting Started
This following steps will instruct you how to use the Bluetooth®Smart Scale:
1) Install the Free OKOK International App to Your iOS or Android Smartphone or Tablet,
register as user.
2) Pair the Bluetooth®Smart Scale to your Smartphone or tablet and start measuring and start
measuring.
3) How to take routine readings and explore the functions.
If you follow these sequentially, it will take you about 5-10 minutes to learn about how to measure
your body weight and composition.

1) Install Free OKOK International App to Your iOS or Android Smartphone or Tablet,
register as a user.
Note: The Bluetooth®Smart Scale uploads your data directly to your Free OKOK International
account via your Smartphone or tablet which must be Bluetooth®4.0 enabled. The scale will not
work fully if you do not have a Bluetooth®4.0 enabled Smartphone or Tablet.
If you want to measure weight only, not required of Smartphone or tablet.
If you want to measure weight only but with data uploaded on App. It is not a must to take off socks.
If you want to measure weight and body composition, you need to take off socket to let your feet
contact with lm or electrode which is for conducting micro-electrical current passing through your
body.
Before installing OKOK International App, kindly check if the phone or tablet meets following
requirement:

Register for a Free Account
Once you have installed the OKOK International App, open the App making sure your phone or
tablets is connected to the internet or web for the rst time.
If you have already registered, you can login to your account. Click Login.
If you have not previously registered, then follow below procedure:
Congratulations, you have completed the registration. As you complete the information, the APP
begins to learn more about you. These data are used to help you with your self-management
through self-monitoring. You can always edit these private data later if you make an error, but
please make sure the data are accurate in entering your weight, your height and age when you
start using the scale to measure data. These are important data relating accuracy of composition
measurement.
If you are registered and forget the Password, please click Login, and select Forget password, type
you Email, new password and Click Obtain Vcode (abbreviation for verify code), it will send a code
to your email. Type the code obtained from your e-mail. Click Submit and you regain the ID.

2) Pair the Bluetooth®Smart Scale to your Smartphone or tablet and start measuring.
To start taking measurements rst, you need to pair the scale and phone or tablet.
Insert/replace the batteries.
Please remove the battery cover underneath the scale and insert 3 AAA batteries (included) into
your device. Make sure the polarity is correct when done. Then slide the battery cover back.
Note: Make sure that the Scale is placed on a level, hard surface. Do not attempt to use the
Bluetooth Smart Scale on a carpeted surface – erroneous values will be generated.
Pair the scale to your Smartphone or tablet
Launch the OKOK International App. Ensured that Bluetooth®4.0 is switched on. Login in with your
ID or you can click Tourist model. The Interface will be as below,
Click “No paired device? Click the pair key” area.

or you can click the left corner “ ” icon. Click “Settings”, then click “My Scale”. Click “Bind/Pair
OKOK Bluetooth®Scale”.
Either way will pop up following user interface. Follow it, stand on the scale to wake up scale (the
Bluetooth for the scale will function automatically when the scale is pressed), ensuring the LCD
display is always lit when you pair the devices. The pairing process is automatically running in a
silent way as the Bluetooth®Scale adopts no coding pairing methods.
It will remind you “Scale founded, bind/pair it now! Click “Bind/Pair”, then the pairing process
nished.
