Congratulations on your purchase of the SylvanSport GO camping
trailer. Fun and adventure await you.
Your new GO is a unique vehicle designed to take you and all your
gear on many adventures and provide a great camping experience
once you get there. The GO camping trailer has been engineered
and manufactured to the highest standards to provide you with great
adventure camping experiences for years to come.
Please review this manual carefully and watch the GO Set-up
videos, found on www.sylvansport.com, before your first trip in
the GO.

Preparation
Now that you have the ultimate gear-hauling camping trailer, you are
ready to hit the road on your next great adventure. Of course, there
are a few things you will need to know before you go. Preparation
and a good working knowledge of the GO are extremely important
and time should be spent to carefully review everything in the manu-
al… (Come on, this will be fun!). This manual was designed to give
you a good working knowledge of all the important features and sys-
tems engineered into the GO and to be a handy, quick reference
guide to help you troubleshoot situations you might encounter while
out on an adventure.

Using This Manual
After you have thoroughly reviewed the manual, you will have a good
understanding of the “do’s and don’ts” of owning and operating a GO
camping trailer. If you aren’t sure of a certain feature, you can
easily locate the section that addresses your concern and look up
the information you need. As you read through the manual, you will
encounter the following items:

ing locations, functionality, and operational details of your GO camp-
ing trailer.
If service or repair is required of your GO, please refer to the website

Your GO comes loaded with essential components, packed convenient-
ly into your lockable, waterproof, Front Storage Pod. Upon receipt of
your GO, take a quick inventory and make sure all components are pre-
sent:

Function:
The following list will help clarify the function of some of the
common GO components:
• Lift System Winch handle: Use to raise and lower the GO Lift
System .
• Stabilizer Jack Adjustment Bar: Used to secure Stabilizer Jacks
to the ground in Camping Mode. Be sure bar passes through
both holes on Stabilizer Jack before applying force.
• Inner Air Mattresses: Use to convert GO interior into a King-and
-a-half sized bed.
• Rear Awning and Pole: Zip Awning onto the GO Tent Vestibule
and use large pole to support middle of Awning.
• Additional Set Pins: Use to secure the Upper Racks to Top Pins
of the Bed Frames in Transport Mode.
• Tailgate Strap: Use to secure Tailgate/Step when in Transport
Mode
• Ratchet Straps: Use all four Ratchet Straps to provide lateral
stability when in Transport Mode.

Travel Mode - Systems Overview
Before taking off in your GO, there are a few operations you should fa-
miliarize yourself with. Understanding the safe operation of these sys-
tems will reduce chances of injury or damage.
• Lift System
• Stabilizer Jacks
• Dolly Jack
• Coupler Connect/Disconnect
• Secure Tailgate
• Secure Set Pins
Lift System:
The Lift System enables you to raise and lower the Upper Rack and Pod
Assembly between Travel Mode, Transport Mode and Camping Modes.
Remove all Set Pins. Remove the Lift System Winch Handle from Front
Storage Pod Lid and insert into the Winch Opening. Turning Winch Han-
dle clockwise, raise the Upper Rack and Pod Assembly to desired
height. To lower the Upper Rack and Pod Assembly, reverse direction
(counter clockwise) and lower to desired height.
Stabilizer Jacks:
The Stabilizer Jacks are mounted underneath the Deck at all four cor-
ners. They are spring loaded and retracted, for traveling. To access
each Stabilizer Jack, crouch or kneel at each corner of the GO, facing
the center of the GO. Firmly grasp the Stabilizer Jack and push away
from you, toward the center of the GO and allow Stabilizer Jack to drop
down into position. Next, release the Tab on Stabilizer Jack and allow
the Extension Leg drop to the ground. Using the Stabilizer Jack Adjust-
ment Rod, make final adjustments to level GO. Before traveling, make
sure all four Stabilizer jacks have been returned to their retracted posi-
tion. For additional details on the Stabilizer Jack operation, please watch
the GO set-up video.

Dolly Jack:
The Dolly Jack is used to safely disconnect the GO (Coupler)
from the Tow Vehicle. Once disconnected, the Dolly Jack allows
you to easily push the GO into desired location. The Dolly Jack
is connected to the Tongue with a spring-loaded mount. By pull-
ing out the curved , metal Release Handle, you can free the Dol-
ly Jack and allow it to rotate into vertical position. By turning the
top, plastic handle you can raise and lower the GO on and off
the Coupler.
Coupler Connect/Disconnect:
To connect and disconnect the standard 2” Ball Coupler, simply
grab the Coupler Handle, squeeze the trigger and lift up. With
Handle raised, lower the Coupler down onto the Hitch Ball, the
indicator graphic on the left side of the Coupler shows if the
Coupler is engaged—positive indicates that the Coupler is se-
cured, negative indicates that the Coupler is not secured. For
additional details on the Coupler Connect/Disconnect, please
watch the GO set-up video.
Secure Removable Tailgate:
It is extremely important that the Removable Rear Tailgate is
secured to the Bed Platforms by using the long, Velcro Strap, to
prevent damage while traveling. Wrap the Velcro Strap around
the Bed Platforms and the Tailgate and secure, before driving.
Secure Set Pins:
Before traveling, be sure all (4) Set Pins are inserted into the
proper locations on the Upper rack Assembly, (note: by raising
the Lift System very slightly, you can further lock them into posi-
tion). For additional details on the Set Pins, please watch the
GO set-up video.

Travel Mode - System Diagram
Travel Mode is the fully compacted position of your GO. You can load up
to 800 lbs of cargo on the GO Deck. In addition, you can load up to 160
lbs of gear on the Upper Racks - total load capacity is 960 lbs.
Before moving, It is very important to be sure:
• Stabilizer Jacks are retracted underneath the Deck
• Dolly Jack is retracted in horizontal position
• Coupler and Safety Chains are connected to Tow Vehicle
• Flat 4-wire Electrical Plug is connected to Tow Vehicle
• Set pins are secured
• Tailgate is up and strapped securely with Velcro Strap
