INFRARED HEATER

MODEL: W01

Installation

1There are 4 brackets and fasteners used with the heater. Furthermore, in the

canal of back side of the heater there are 4 square fastener washers 25×25mm.

Relieve square washers(Figure 7.1)and fasten 2 brackets to the

canal of the backside of the heater by the help of screws(Figure 7.2.)

2Fasten the brackets at the appropriate distance of each other(45-55cm)

(Figure 8).

3Two other brackets are fastened by the help of fasteners at the appropriate

distance on the wall parallel to the floor (At least 1.8 m from the floor and at least 0.5

m from the ceiling)

4Join the brackets on the heater with the brackets, fastened on the wall, with

help of figured screw-nuts.Install the heater under necessary

angle(in the direction to the area being heated).

5Electric wiring for the heater has to be done by the qualified specialist.

Operation

Step 1：Connect the power line and the power strip

Step 2：Press Open/Close once, the digital screen shows P.0

Step 3：Press Open/Close second, the digital screen shows P.1, the function of a file

connected

Step 4：Press Open/Close third, the digital screen shows P.2, the function of two file

connected

Step 5：Press Open/Close forth，the digital screen shows P.3, the function of three file

connected

Step 6 ：After the function is on, 1-24 hours timing shutdown can be adjusted

arbitrarily, the digital screen showing 0.1 indicates timing one hour, showing 0.2

indicates timing two hour

Specification

The functions of the heater may be controlled via the buttons on your remote control

and LED screen. You may also control some of the functions of your heater through

the buttons on the front side of the heater.

Operation of the Remote Control

1. Turn on the power, the buzzer on the products will beep once, the digital screen and

the indicator is no show. At this time, press On / Off button to make it in stand by

mode.

2. Press the function button to choose the power level. P0 indicator appears on the

screen, and the indicator flashes three times, indicating that the appliance is in stand

by mode. P1 indicator appears on the screen, and the indicator flashes three times,

indicating that the appliance is in low-grade mode. Press the function button again to

mid-grade, the buzzer will beep once, P2 indicator appears on the screen, and the

indicator flashes three times, indicating that the appliance is in mid-grade mode. Press

the function button again to high-grade, the beeper will beep once, P3 indicator

appears on the screen, and the indicator flashes three times, indicating that the

appliance is in high-grade mode. Press the function button again, you can choose low,

medium and high gear, P0 indicator appears on the screen, and the indicator flashes

three times, indicating that the appliance is in stand by mode. Continuously press the

function button, “P0 - P1 - P2 - P3 - P0” appears on the digital tube as a circulation ,

corresponding to the appliance mode is “Stand-by --- Low-grade--- Mid-grade---

High-grade--- Stand-by”.

3. In stand by mode, press the timer button, the appliance can set time from 1 to 24

hours. After set the time, the indicator next to the digital tube will light up, it means

that the appliance has been selected timer function. "0" indicates time not set.

4. When the appliance is on working, the digital screen always shows the power state

(P1-P2-P3). The timer setting, when the indicator lights up, it means that the machine

has been set a timer function from 1 to 24 hours. To view the regular time, press the

timer button, the appearing time is the present setting time, at this time the indicator

also flashes three times continuously, indicating that the appliance enters into the

timer setting state.

Maintenance

1- Check the filthiness of the Reflector and IR-Filament at least once a month. If

necessary, apply cleaning and maintenance instructions.

2- The number of checks may be increased considering the amount of the dust in the

environment.

3- Check the deformation of the Reflector, Wire and Frame visually while cleaning

the appliance. In case of any deformation, consult to your technical service.

4- Check the power cord and plug visually while cleaning the appliance. In case of

any deformation, consult to your technical services.

5- It is recommended to change the reflector every 2 years for the purpose of more

efficient operation of you appliance.

1- Unplug your power cord for your safety before cleaning your appliance.

2- Take out the front grid wire through the inlets on the frame using a slotted

screwdriver.

3- Make sure that the power is off for your safety. Power cord plug must be

unplugged.

4- The reflector and filament must be cleaned with a soft cloth, a smooth brush or

cool or dry air. The cloth may be damp but never too wet and the cleaner should

not include any chemical.

5- Refrain from using cleaning material likely to damage the reflector (cleanser etc.).

6- Insert the wire grid using a slotted screwdriver.

This symbol on the product or its packaging indicates that the appliance

cannot be treated as normal domestic trash, but must be handed in at a

collection point for recycling electric and electronic appliances.
