UNPACKINGANDINITIALSETUP

RemoveIZONVIEWfromthebox.Keeporiginalpackaging

forthewarrantyperiodandthenproperlydispose.(Please

recycle).

AttachIZONVIEWtothemagneticbaseandplaceona

levelsurface,andpivotthecameratothepreferred

viewingposition.Besuretoread,review,andfollowthe

precautionslistedintheenclosedStemwarrantyand

productsafetyinformation.

RemoveUSBcableandpoweradapterfromthe

packaging.Connectthemini-USBendoftheincluded

cabletotheportontherearofIZONVIEWlabeled

“POWER”.Connectthefull-sizeUSBendofthecabletothe

USBportonthepoweradapter.

Important:Whensettingupmultiplecamerasatonce,

donotplug-inthesecondcamerauntilsetupiscomplete

fortheﬁrstcamera.

Plugthepoweradapterintoawalloutlet.ThesmallLED

displayonthefrontofIZONVIEWshouldglowanamber

colortoindicatethatitispowered.

UsingacompatibleiPhone,iPad,oriPodtouch,download

thefreeIZONAppfromtheAppStore.Onceyour

downloadiscomplete,opentheIZONAppandfollowthe

simpleinstructionstocompletesetupandbeginusing

yournewIZONVIEWapp-controlledcamera.

Warning:CamerasshouldonlybeconnectedtoaWi-Fi

networkconﬁguredwithﬁrewallprotectionand

wirelesssecurityenabled.

IZONVIEWisawirelessnetworkcamerathatprovideslive

streamingofaudioandvideotoacompatibleiPhone,iPad,and

iPodtouchusingtheIZONAppafreedownloadfromthe

AppStore(seepackageforacompletelistofcompatibleApple

devicesandrequiredsoftware).SimplyplugIZONVIEWintoa

walloutletusingtheincludedUSBcableandpoweradapter,

downloadtheIZONapp,followthesimpleinstructionsto

completesetup,andbeginusingIZONVIEW.IZONVIEW

requiresanexisting802.11g(802.11nhighlyrecommended)

wirelessnetworktobecomeadiscoverabledevicefortheIZON

App.Oncetheapprecognizesthedevice,itguidestheuser

throughsimplesetupoptionsandstreamsliveaudioandvideo

fromthecameraviathewirelessnetwork.

IZONVIEWoﬀersmotionandnoisedetectioncapabilities

withadjustablethresholds.Motionornoisethatexceeds

thesethresholdscangeneratealerts,whichyoumayopt

toreceiveviapushnotiﬁcation.

Videoandaudiomayberecordedautomaticallytoyour

privateStemCloudaccountforlaterreviewand/or

sharing.

Whileviewinglivevideo,youcanrecordtoyouraccount

withthetouchofabutton.

TheIZONAppsupportsmultipleStemcamerason

multiplewirelessnetworks.Eachcameramaybelabeled

individuallywithanameandlocationandbeconﬁgured

separatelywithmotion/noisedetectionsettings,alert,

andrecordingpreferences.

STEMWARRANTYINFORMATION

WhatdoestheStemwarrantycover?

Stemwarrantsthatitsproductsshallbefreefromdefectsin

materialsorworkmanship,withtheexceptionsstatedbelow.

Whatistheperiodofcoverage?

Oneyearfromthedateoforiginalpurchase(unlessadditional

coveragerequiredbylaw).

Whatdoesthewarrantynotcover?

Thiswarrantydoesnotcoversoftwarethatmaybeusedwiththe

product.Stemshallnotbeliableforanydatalossorincidentalor

consequentialdamagesrelatedtothisproduct.Somejurisdictions

donotallowlimitationsonhowlonganimpliedwarrantylasts,or

theexclusionorlimitationofincidentalorconsequentialdamages,

sotheabovelimitationsorexclusionsmaynotapplytoyou.This

warrantyprovidesyouwithspeciﬁclegalrights;youmayhaveother

rights,whichmayvaryfromonestate,provinceorcountryto

another.Thiswarrantydoesnotcoveranydefect,malfunctionor

failurethatoccursasaresultof:misuseorfailuretofollowthe

productdirections;abuse;orusewithimproper,unintendedor

faultyequipment.Further,openingsealedcomponents,modifying

ortamperingwiththeproduct,addingorremovingcomponents

notintendedforusewiththiswillimmediatelyrenderthiswarranty

nullandvoid.

WhatwillStemdotocorrecttheproblem?

Stemwill,atitsoption,repairorreplaceanyproductthatprovesto

bedefectiveinmaterialorworkmanship.Ifyourproductisnolonger

beingmanufactured,orisoutofstock,atitsoption,Stemmay

replaceyourproductwithasimilarStemproduct.

HowToObtainWarrantyService

Togetacoveredproductrepairedorreplaced,youmustcontact

Stemduringthewarrantyperiodbyeithercalling(800)704-7186if

youareintheU.S.orbye-mail([email protected]).If

youemailStem,youmustincludeyourname,address,email

address,telephonenumber,dateofpurchaseandacomplete

descriptionoftheproblemyouareexperiencing.Iftheproblem

appearstoberelatedtoadefectinmaterialorworkmanship,Stem

willprovideyouareturnauthorizationandinstructionsforreturn

shipment.Returnshipmentsshallbeatthecustomerʼsexpense,and

thereturnmustbeaccompaniedbytheoriginalproofofpurchase

andintheoriginalpackaging.Youshouldinsuretheshipmentas

appropriatebecauseyouareresponsiblefortheproductuntilit

arrivesatStem.Theabovelimitedwarrantiesandremediesdonot

extendtothird-partyproductsusedwiththeproduct.
