1. Installation of LPG nozzles
Once the suction manifold has been removed, the boreholes for the injector nozzles should be drilled in
the suction manifold in the location as shown in the picture.
It is recommended to use single sections of the: AC W02/W03 and nozzle diameter of 2.2 mm.
2. Petrol injectors emulation method
Because of difficult access to the ECU controller, emulation connection should be made at the connector of
the petrol injectors’ wiring harness according to the table below. If the wire colors are not compatible with
the table, you should pay attention to the pin numbers of connector.
3. Fuel pressure sensor emulation method
Emulation connection should be made at the connector of the petrol injectors’ wiring harness. Locate the
signal wire of the pressure sensor (blue and brown, PIN-2 in the connector at the photo). Cut where
comfortably and connect the pressure sensor emulation harness according to the table below.
