STEP 5
Close the needle valve underneath the square portion of
the valve.
STEP 6
Attach the solenoid, the small washer should be
positioned so that the center of the washer is pointing
down, hand tightened the small black nut. The warped
washer helps keep the solenoid from vibrating.
STEP 7
The solenoid can be plugged into a timer or pH controller, I always recommend a
pH controller if possible. The solenoid will allow CO2 to flow only when plugged in.
STEP 8
Double check that the fine adjustment knob underneath the square portion of the
valve is closed, open the valve on the CO2 bottle.
If the solenoid makes noise for any reason
just tighten up the black nut. Don’t be afraid
to tighten, but only by hand.
