6Using H3 for Handsfree Operations
Answer Call
zOn an incoming call, bell will ring from both phone
and headset. Short click MFB to answer call.
Make Call
zTo make a call, first dial from phone and short click
MFB to switch call to headset. Notes: For some
phones, after dialing from phone, call will
automatically be transferred to headset.
Redial
zTo redial, double click MFB in idle state.
Notes: For some phones, when MFB is double
clicked, it first displays the numbers last called or
received. In this case, double click MFB again to
redial. Some phones allow direct redialing by
double clicking MFB just once.
Voice Dial
zMake sure your phone supports voice dialing and
that it is activated and voice tags have been
recorded. To voice dial, long click MFB in idle
handsfree mode. Follow the instruction message
from phone to complete voice dialing.
Volume Control
zShort click (+) or (-) to adjust volume during
handsfree mode. Beep tones will be heard at
maximum or minimum volume.
End Call
zTo end call first, short click MFB during ‘Talk Mode’.
If other party ends the call first, H3 automatically
returns to handsfree standby mode.
Reject Call
zTo reject incoming call, long click MFB.
Call Transfer
zDuring ‘Talk’ mode, to transfer call from headset to
phone, long click MFB. To transfer call from phone
to headset, short click MFB. You can also use your
phone’s Bluetooth Hotkey to transfer call if such
key is available.
Call Waiting
zTo answer second call while in ‘Talk’ mode, short
click MFB. To reject call, long click MFB. To switch
from second call to first call and vice versa, short
click MFB. To end current call, long click MFB.
