Warning!
- This product is intended for outdoor use only. Do not use indoors
- Never leave a burning fire unattended
- Danger of carbon monoxide poisoning. Never use this product in an enclosed space
- Do not use this product in a tent, caravan, car, basement, loft, or on a boat
- Do not use under an awning, umbrella or party tent
- Avoid overloading with fuel
- Fire hazard - hot embers can pop out during use
- Warning - do not use gasoline, lighting liquid, alcohol, spirits or other (liquid) chemicals for lighting
- Only use natural (brown) firelighters for lighting
- This product is only suitable for use with wood pellets for food consumption
- Do not use this oven on decking or other flammable surfaces such as dry grass, wood chips or leaves
- Make sure the oven is at least 2 meters away from flammable items
- Do not use this oven as a stove
- Do not move the oven during use due to heat
- Always use heat resistant gloves during use
- Allow the oven to cool completely before moving or storing it
- Always keep children and pets at a safe distance from the oven during use
- Always inspect the oven for damage and wear before use, and replace parts if necessary
Positioning, lighting, using
- Make sure the oven is placed on a permanent, flat, even, heat-resistant and non-flammable surface, well away from flammable items
- Make sure that there is at least 2 meters free space around the oven, both on top and sides
- Make sure the oven door is closed. Open it only when adding or removing food
- Fill the oven drawer up to 75% with wood pellets and kindling material
- Ignite the kindling material - wear heat resistant gloves
- Let the pellets warm up, glow and burn before you start baking
- If necessary, replenish pellets via the reservoir
- Now place your food (on the pizza stone) in the oven
- Always use heat resistant gloves during use and when refuelling
Baking pizza
- Place the pizza in the oven when it has reached the optimum temperature
- Make sure the temperature in the oven is between 250 - 300 ºC
- Check your pizza regularly, baking can be fast
- When the pizza is baked enough, remove it with a pizza scoop and heat resistant gloves (not supplied)
Bake other foods
- This oven is also suitable for preparing fish, meat, bread, etc.
- To keep meat juicy, you can place an aluminum container with water in the oven
Extinguish
- To put out the pizza oven, stop adding fuel and let the fire burn out
- Do not use water to put out the fire! This can damage your oven
Cooling and disposal of ashes
- Make sure that the pizza oven has used up all fuel
- When the oven has completely cooled down (at least 60 minutes), you can carefully remove the drawer. Wear heat resistant gloves!
- Gently shake the ashes in a large metal bucket with water
- Do not immerse the drawer in water! This can have serious consequences
Storage
- When completely cooled, store the pizza oven under a weatherproof cover
