ENCLOSURE NET REMOVAL
STEP 2
You’re now ready for the best (or worst depending on if you’re a pessimist) part of all... de-springing your
trampoline. You may want to use gloves for this step! Using the spring tool, hook the end of any spring that’s
attached to the frame. Pull back and stretch the spring until it’s free from the frame, and releases back to its
normal shape. Continue detaching springs until all have been removed, and set the springs aside. Now, all you
need to do is separate the jump mat from your old enclosure net, and you’re ready for assembly!
STEP 1
First thing’s first... you’ll need to remove the end caps from the bottom of the sockets, and pull upwards to take
down the enclosure poles. Helpful tip: When removing the enclosure poles, pull back on the middle of the poles!
Once the enclosure poles are down, unscrew the bolts in the pole caps to remove the enclosure net from the
pole caps. Next, all you’ll need to do is remove the frame pad, and place the frame pad, pole caps, and the
enclosure poles aside.

STEP 2
You may want to use gloves for this step! Place the jump mat on clear ground inside the frame. Make sure the
two warning decals align with two T-joints! Using the spring tool, hook the smaller end of a spring into the
V-ring just left of the enclosure door. Stretch the free end of the spring until it reaches the frame hole just left
of the T-joint.
STEP 1
ASSEMBLY
Place the jump mat on the ground. The warning label should be on top, and
the ID label should be on back. Now place the enclosure net on the jump
mat, and make sure the first hole and the first V-ring line up. The first hole is
the hole to the left of the enclosure door zipper. The first V-ring is the V-ring
to the left of the warning label. Now insert the first V-ring into the first hole.
Then, insert the remaining V-rings into their corresponding holes.

STEP 3
Now, repeat step 2 on the other side of the trampoline. Make sure to count the exact number of V-rings and
frame holes so each one corresponds!
Next, place a spring into the V-ring just left of the nearest T-joint, and stretch the spring until it reaches the
frame hole just left of the T-joint. Now, repeat this step on the remaining T-joints.
STEP 4
Next, place springs into the V-rings just left of all the sockets, and stretch the springs until they reach the
frame holes just left of the sockets. Now, place one spring directly to the left of each spring already placed.
Continuing in a clock-wise direction, attach the remaining springs to the remaining V-rings and frame holes
until all springs have been placed.

STEP 5
Now that you’ve installed the jump mat, place the frame pad on top of the springs. Adjust the frame pad so
that the slits are directly above the T-sockets. Important: Don’t use the trampoline without the frame pad. It’s
designed to protect your little jumpers! Trust us on this one. Next, find the straps that are attached to the
underside of the frame pad, and tie all of the straps in bows. (Because if you tie them in knots, you’ll have a
pretty hard time untying them ever again!)

STEP 6
If you want, take a snack break because you’re MORE THAN
HALFWAY DONE, and you deserve it. This next step is easy.
Just slide all the straight tubes (2) and curved tubes (3) into
foam (4). If you’re having trouble getting the foam over the
tubes, try adding a small amount of water inside the foam!

STEP 7
Insert one straight tube (3) into one curved tube (4), and secure with one
self-tapping screw (6).Important: On the curved tube there is one end that
has two holes. Make sure that end is on top!
Repeat this step to attach the five remaining straight tubes and curved
tubes together.

STEP 8
Insert the pole caps into the strap rings found on the top of the net. Make sure the hexagon holes of the pole
caps are facing the net, and the regular holes are facing you. Next insert one of the enclosure poles into the
pole caps. Make sure the bent side of the enclosure poles are facing towards the center of the trampoline.
Make sure the holes on the poles, pole caps, and strap rings are all aligned. Then insert bolts to secure in place.
Important: Make sure the bolts go into the round holes (not the hexagon holes) or you could break the pole caps!
