VII Frequently Asked Question
1. Why does the lamp not work when plug in?
Please check whether the power plug is plugged in properly, and if the AC outlet was
powered on, Such as the emergency power socket is overload.
a、Please check if the timer switch is set to "ON" ,if the "OFF" timer function is
turned off.
b、Wheather follow the safety notes to put the correct timer voltage; such as AC110v
timer, prohibit use 220V voltage, otherwise the timer will be damaged. This damage
condition is not covered by the warranty policy.
Please check VEG and BLOOM switch condition, VEG for the growth stage ,BLOOM
for flowering Please .
Or both open. If only one of VEG or BLOOM is opened, the lights are not 100% on.
Fan controled by separate circuit , when you open VEG and BLOOM switches, the
fan will work,to ensure a good heat dissipartion and lamp
long lifespan. And good cooling can control the ambient temperature for plant healthy
growth.
Our products have circuit protection function, a lamp beads do not work will not
affect the wholelamp , you can choose continue to use it.
Timer built-in rechargeable battery,a long time makes the battery energy exhausted,
please power on in a short time.In order to maintainthe battery lifespan,we suggest
power ON every 60 days.
7. Which kind of plant of the product spectrum suit for?
This product is red and blue full spectrum with UV and IR, suit for all plant growth.
VEG is blue-dominated full spectrum, suitable for plant seedlings and growing
stages, BLOOM is red-based full spectrum, suitable for plant flowering and fruit
period.
The hanging height depends on the PAR value and coverage. We provide the
professional parameter details with par value in different hanging height, as well
as the lighting coverage.
Our lamps not only provide a unique full spectrum, but also add UV and infrared
leds, to provide plant growth of light signals and induced flowering.
