INTRODUCTION:

SFF‐2HazeMachine



Littlegiant,withprecisemicrocomputercontrol.

SFF‐2(700W)improvesthecircuitdesignandaddsDMXdigitalmonitorwhichmakes

operationeasierandclearer.Thedigitalmonitorcancontrolthewindforceoutputand

hazeoutputwith5gears.IthasOptical‐electronicfluidinductionsystemsothatthe

fluidpumpwouldstopworkingwhenthefluidisinsufficient.Hazewouldn'tbe

produceduntilthefluidisadded.



FortheSFF‐2hazemachinewestronglyrecommendthefollowingSFAUDIOheavyfog

fluidwhichhasbeenspecificallyformulatedtoperformbestwithanyheaterbasedhaze

machines.

Toguaranteetrouble‐freeoperationthespecial“SFF‐2Haze‐Fluid“mustbeused.

Useofotherliquidswillvoidthemanufacturer‘swarrantyandcanbedangerous

toyourhealth.



SETUP:

1.Unpackthehazemachine.

2.Unscrewthetopcapofthetankandremovetofillwiththerecommendedhaze

fluid

3.Replacethebottleandscrewthecapsecurelyensuringthepipeisfeddownto

SFaudio

thebottomofthebottlesoaconsistentflowoffluidissuppliedtothemachine.

4.Connecttheremotecontrol.

5.ConnecttheIECmainsplugandpowerup

6.Heatuptimeisusuallybetween2‐3minutes.Pleaseensurenobuttonis

pressedduringtheheatuptime.WhenthemachineisreadytheLEDlighton

themachineandremotecontrolwillilluminate.

7.Afterheatup,pleaserefertopage5“OperationforSFF‐2”.



SELF‐CLEANINGFUNCTION:

Afteruse,pleasedon’tturnoffthemachineimmediately.

Themachinehasself‐cleaningfunction,therehas3differentrightoperations:

1.Ifusedmx‐512,pleaseturnthehazeoutputtozero/turnoffhazeoutput,thenstilllet

thepoweronabout80‐90seconds.

2.Ifusedigitaldisplaycontrol,pleaseturnthe“h”to“0",thenstillletthepoweron

about80‐90seconds.

3.Ifusetimerremote,pleaseturnthehazeoutputtozero/turnoffhazeoutput,then

stillletthepoweronabout80‐90seconds.

Afterthisoperation,theheaterwillbecleanedbyairpumptechnologyalteruse.

QUICKTROUBLESHOOTING

Iftheunitisnotfunctioningproperly:

1.Checkifmainpowerison.

2.Checkthefusehasn’tblown.

3.Checktheunitisn’tinDMXmode.

4.Checkthereisfluidinthetankandthepipeispusheddowntothebottomofthe

bottle.

5.Ifthereisblockageusedistilledwaterorhazemachinecleaningfluid.



REPLACINGFUSE

Disconnectfromthemainpowersupplyfirst,thenremovethefuseholderabovethe

IECSockettorevealthefuse.Replacethecorrectfuseratingasstatedonlightingor

userguide.Then,lockthefuseholdercoverbackintoplace.



GENERALMAINTENANCE

Tomaintainoptimumperformanceandminimizewear,theitemshouldbecleaned

frequently.Usageandenvironmentarecontributingfactorsindeterminingfrequency.

Asageneralrule,fixturesshouldbecleanedafterusetoavoiddustbuild‐upand

blockages,whichcanresultinpoorperformances,overheatingandbreakages.Besure

topowerofffixturebeforeconductingmaintenance.



Unplugfixturefrompower.Useavacuumoraircompressorandasoftbrushtoremove

dustcollectedonexternalventsandinternalcomponents.Cleantheexternalcase

whenthefixtureiscoldwithadryclothortissue,anddragdirtandgrimetotheoutside

case.



WhenyoufirstturnontheHazemachineyoushowwaitforaround2minuteswhile

theunitwarmsup.Whencompletedyouwillhaveaccesstovariousoptionsifthe

wiredremotecontrolisnotconnected.

Pressmenutoscrollthroughthevariousoptionslistedbelow.Usetheupanddown

keystosetthesecondaryfunction.


