All the valves have been factory
adjusted with tap water. Make
necessary adjustment when you
are using other liquids
Operation
PROMOTING NANOBUBBLE TECHNOLOGY
NANOX nanobubble generator include 5 gas flow meter. Each
gauge can adjust the entry gas flow rate of 1 reactor. In order to
attain the optimum performance of the nanobubble generator, the
liquid pressure should be above 3.5 bar which can be detected by
the liquid pressure gauges(5 of them are installed in the generator
to detect the liquid pressure gauge before each reactor)
Each reactor module has the capacity of 40 m3/hr that can operate
separately.
For the proper operation of the generator :
Adjust the oxygen ow meter between 10 to 17 lit/min. it is
recommended to adjust oxygen ow meter at 15 lit/min to get
35 ppm of dissolved oxygen.

Descriptions Oxygen pressure should be
above 4 bar.
Online D.O. meter indicates
the effect of gas flow meter
on dissolved oxygen.
Going above 20 lit/min would
lead to error indication by
online D.O. meter because of
40 ppm limitation of
dissolved oxygen detection.
