SECURITY INSTRUCTIONS
If the supply cord is damaged, it must
be replaced by the manufacturer, its
service agent or similarly qualified
persons in order to avoid a hazard.

This appliance is intended to be used
in household and similar applications
such as:
–staff kitchen areas in shops, offices
and other working environments;
–farm houses;
–by clients in hotels, motels and other
residential type environments;
–bed and breakfast type environments.
Regarding the instructions for
cleaning surfaces in contact with food,
thanks to refer to the below paragraph
of the manual.
Inspect the appliance for visible signs
of damage before use. Do not use a
damaged device.
This appliance is intended for private
and non-commercial use. Any use
other than previously stated is
considered as improper use. No
claims of any kind will be accepted

for damage resulting from use of the
appliance for other than its intended
purpose. The risk must be borne
solely by the user.
This appliance complies with the
standards in force for this type of
product.
Make sure that the network voltage
corresponds to 220-240V.
Always connect the kettle into a
grounded outlet.
If the use of an extension cord is
needed, use one with ground socket,
and take all necessary precautions so
that nobody hinders it.
Place the product on a stable surface.
Do not slot it in.
Place the product at a minimum
distance of 30cm from any vertical
surface (wall, etc.)

Do not place the unit directly against
a wall or near flammable materials
such as curtains, draperies, etc.
Do not place the product on any
heated surfaces.
Do not use the product outdoors.
Keep the kettle and cord/cable away
from heat, direct sunlight, water,
moisture, sharp edges and the like.
Under no circumstances must the
kettle be placed in water or any liquid
or come in contact with liquid. Do not
handle the kettle with wet or moist
hands. Should the kettle become wet
or moist, remove the main plug from
the socket immediately.
Never immerse the kettle and/or its
heating base in water or other fluids.
Do not operate the appliance without
water in it.

Do not move the appliance during
use.
Do not forget that temperature of the
water prepared is high. Handle with
care to avoid any risk of splashes. Do
not touch directly the kettle glass or
its content.
Do not pull or carry by the cord, close
the doors on cord, or pull cord around
sharp edges/corners.
Store the appliance and accessory
parts out of the reach of children.
Do not leave the appliance unattended
during operation.
Repairs to the appliance must only be
carried out by an authorized specialist
or by the works customer senate. This
particularly applies to replacing a
damaged connection cable.
Unqualified repairs can lead to
considerable danger for the user.

If the product is damaged, it must be
repaired by the manufacturer, its after-
sales service, or by a third person with
similar qualification, in order to avoid
all risks.
This appliance can be used by
children aged from 8 years and above
if they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and if they
understand the hazards involved.
Cleaning and user maintenance shall
not be made by children unless they
are older than 8 and supervised. Keep
the appliance and its cord out of reach
of children aged less than 8 years.
Appliances can be used by persons
with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they
have been given supervision or

instruction concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and
understand the hazards involved.
Children shall not play with the
appliance.
The kettle is only to be used with the
stand provided. This stand can’t be
used with another kettle
Warning: If the kettle is overfilled,
boiling wáter may be ejected
SPECIAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
Use only cold water when filling the device.
The water level must be between the marks MAX and MIN.
Switch the kettle off before removing it from the base.
Always ensure that the lid is tightly closed.
The kettle is only to be used with the stand provided. This stand can’t be used with
another kettle.
The base and exterior of the kettle are not water-resistant, keep it dry at all times.
INSTRUCTIONS
First use
Before using the kettle for the first time, fill it in with cold water and boil it twice without any
additives.
Using the appliance
1. Press the lid release button to fill the kettle.
2. Fill the kettle only with cold water. Do not overfill. Use the water level indicator
(MIN-MAX).
Warning: If the kettle is overfilled, boiling water may be ejected.
3. Place the kettle on the heating base. Plug in the power socket.
4. A "beep" sounds when the kettle is positioned on the heating base.

5. Press the ON / OFF button to directly heat the water to 100 ° C. The light then turns
red.
6. If you want to heat water at a lower temperature, press the temperature selector until
the red spot reaches the desired temperature:
60 ° C: green
70 ° C: blue
80 ° C: yellow
90 ° C: purple
7. The water heating starts automatically 10 seconds after the temperature has been
selected. There is no need to press the ON / OFF button.
8. After boiling, the kettle and the control lamp automatically switch off.
Disconnect the kettle from the mains electricity supply.
Do not open the lid when pouring.
Keep Warm function:
Press the ON / OFF button for 3 seconds so that the water start heating. The lights will blink
red during the heating and during the next 2 hours that it keeps warm. It will automatically go
on heating when the water temperature will reach 85°C.
ADVICE FOR CARE & STORAGE
1. Cleaning
Cool the keetle before cleaning
Always remove the plug from the supply before cleaning the kettle.
The exterior of the kettle can be cleaned with a slightly damp cloth without additives.
2. Descaling
The frequency of descaling depends on the hardness of the water and the frequency of
use.
Descale the kettle regularly for proper operation.
In normal use, it is recommended to descale the kettle three to four times per year.
To descale the kettle:
1. Pour 25cl of water in the kettle.
2. Add 25cl of white vinegar.
3. Then boil and let stand for 15 minutes after switching off the device.
4. Rinse thoroughly several times with cold water and boil clean water before reuse (at
least 3 times). Repeat if necessary
It is possible to use a specific descaler for kettles. In this case, follow the manufacturer's
instructions and then repeat step 4 of classical scaling.
Never use other methods of scaling than those recommended above.
3. Storage
After each use and when unused for long periods, unplug the kettle and empty the water
tank.
Store the kettle and its heating base in a dry, clean and frost-free location, which is
protected against direct sunlight.

Do not store the unit near heated sources (eg. Fire, radiators, fan heaters or other heat-
emitting devices).

Application in the countries belonged to the European Union and in other European countries
which have a selective collect system.
In accordance with applicable European Union regulations, we would remind you that
end-of-life electrical and electronic appliances must not be disposed of among household
waste. There are collection points for this purpose, where the value of such appliances is
enhanced and they are processed and recycled. By acting accordingly, you contribute to
the conservation of natural resources and the protection of human health.
