Do notinstall thisproduct orroute anywires inthe deploymentarea ofyour airbag. Equipmentmounted orlocated inthe
air bag deploymentarea will damageor reduce theeffectiveness ofthe air bag,or become aprojectile that couldcause
serious personalinjury ordeath. Referto yourvehicle owner'smanual forthe airbag deploymentarea.
The User/Installer assumesfull responsibility todetermine proper mountinglocation, based onproviding ultimate safety
to allpassengers insidethe vehicle.
If this productuses a remotedevice to activateor control thisproduct, make surethat this controlis located inan area that
allows boththe vehicleand thecontrol tobe operatedsafely inany drivingcondition.
Do notattempt toactivate orcontrol thisdevice ina hazardousdriving situation.
Use onlysoap andwater toclean theouter lens.Use ofother chemicalscould resultin prematurelens cracking(crazing)
and discoloration. Lensesin this conditionhave significantly reducedeffectiveness andshould be replacedimmediately.
Inspect andoperate thisproduct regularly toconfirm its properoperation and mountingcondition.

If mounting thisproduct requires drillingholes, the installerMUST besure that novehicle components orother vital parts
could be damagedby the drillingprocess. Check bothsides of the mounting surfacebefore drilling begins.Also de-burr
any holes andremove any metalshards or remnants.Install grommets intoall wire passageholes.
For this productto operate atoptimum efficiency, a goodelectrical connection tochassis ground mustbe made.The
recommended procedure requiresthe product groundwire to beconnected directly totheNEGATIVE(-) battery post.
Please read allof the followinginstructions before Installingyour new light.
Installation
Select the mountinglocation for theLL120LED headlight, keepingin mind thefollowing:
1.Choose a surfacein the rearor bottom ofthe housing whichis as flatas possible. Usinga
hole saw,cut a 25mm hole in thehousing and de-burrthe hole.
2. Insert theLED lamp assemblyinto the reflectorhousing. Mark thelocation for thetwo
mounting holes . Removethe lamp assembly anddrill the holes.
3. Install thelamp assembly andgasket using thetwo provided metalscrews and
secure the lampto the reflectorassembly.
4. Remount bothLighthead assemblies tothe vehicle androute the connectorcables to their
designated control switches.
5. Mounting the lampdriver using the twoprovided metal screws.
LL120 HIDE-A-WAY LED ispowered & controlledby the 4-wirecable coming fromthe light
assembly. Theirfunctions are as follows:
RED: POSITIVE-Extend the REDwireto a +12VDCpower source.
BLACK:GROUND-
GREEN:SYNC-
WHITE:PATTERN-Extend theWHTwireto a customersupplied momentary switch.
In order toprogram flash patterns,the lighthead mustbe on. Withthe appropriat
lighthead(s) activated:
Extend BLACK wire tonegative terminal of battery.
Connect GREEN wire toother SYNC capable lightstosynchronize output.
Cap this wireoff if itis not used.

TO CHANGE PATTERNS:Toadvance to thenext available patternapply +12VDC tothe
WHT wire forless than 1second and release.Tocycle back tothe previous patternapply
+12VDC to theWHT wire formore than 1second and release.
TO CHANGE THEDEFAULTPATTERN:When the desiredpattern is displayed,allow it
to runfor morethan 5 seconds.The lighthead willnow display thispattern when initially
activated.
TO RESTORE THEFACTORYDEFAULTPATTERN:This will resetall patterns backto their
default settings. With thelight turned off,apply power to theWHT wire. Withpower applied to
theWHTwire, turnlight on.Allow the unitto run for3 seconds beforeremoving power fromthe
WHTwire.
A normallyopen momentary switchshould be usedto control PATTERN operation.
