Installation Guide for Central Unit
zDon’t set up the Central Unit at corner of wall that will reduce the
communication range.
zDon’t set up the Central Unit on the building center pillar that will
reduce the communication cover range on the pillar back area.

zDon’t set up the Central Unit at the low location, the
communication cover range will be poor and signal is easy to be
interrupted.
zCentral Unit be installed as high as possible inside the building and
avoiding the obstacle wall and pillar, don’t just to fit the near by
phone jack or AC plug and install it in the power room or switching
room.

Guide for Remote Base Station & Repeater
zUse the twisted pair cable (AWG-24) within 1000Meters to connect
Central Unit and Remote Base Station.
zRemote base station can be plugged to Central Unit, no require to
register with Central Unit. When plug cable to Central Unit, the
LED of Remote base station will in slower flash mode.

SP-428 RBS setting & troubleshooting
•How to set Remote base station?
1.the connect cable need use twisted pair cable, one side with Pacific
connector ,next side with RJ11 connector。
2.Remote base station can direct plug to use, no require to register
with central unit. When plug cable to central unit, the LED will
flash cadence after 1~2 minute later is one second ON and one
second OFF。
•How to check/fix Remote base unit?
1.When RBU plug cable with CU, for working case, the red color
LED will flash, If the red color LED No flash . Please check the
twisted pair jack and cable to see the connection well and the
DC power output at DC 48V 。
2.If NO DC 48V output ,please check the cable even broken or
DECT module NO DC 48V output。
3.If the cable have DC 48V output ,but remote bast station of red
color LED NO flash ,please send the RBU to SENAO repair
center 。

4.When RBU plug cable with central unit after 1~2 minute later ,
the red LED will one second ON and one second OFF. That
remote base station is synchronize. If it not one second ON and
one second OFF ,please power ON and OFF again . After 1~2
minute later , if LED still not flash as one second ON and one
second OFF state, please send the Remote base unit to SENAO
repaircenter。
zThe Repeater LED will in slower flash mode, when it is in the
standby mode.
zIf Repeater fail to register the Central Unit or never register yet, its
LED will in fast flash state (In base station searching state).
zWhen a Repeater was installed in a desired location, if the RF signal
strength too low for it to link with the base station from the installed
location, Repeater LED will fast flash to show it is in base station
searching state.
zIf the LED of the installed Repeater flash slower, but the handset
communication quality not good enough or easy linking off, that
means the Repeater was installed in a signal strength margin area,
so please try to move the Repeater to the place near the base station
to make sure Repeater received a strong enough signal to repeat it
out in high signal quality.
