INSTALLATION
MOUNTING:
1.Find asuitablelocation onthetrunkliporlicenseplatebezeltosecurethecameradownto
thebodyofthevehicle
2.Makesurethemounting location thatyou chooseison aflatsurfacesothatwhenthecamera
isinstalled therewill beno unevengapsaroundtheedges. .
3.Routethewireharness throughtherearbumperofthevehicleorthroughanykindofrubber
grommeton the vehicle.Ifyouhavetodrill ahole,makesuretosealthe holeonceyouroute
thewiring throughtopreventleakingormoisturedamage.
4.Oncethewireharness isrouted,securethecameradownwiththe 3Mdoublesided tape.
Makesurethatthemounting surfaceiscompletelycleanbeforeapplyingthe3Mtape.Itmay
helptousean alcoholpadtocleanthesurfacefirst.
NOTE:Makesuretouseaproperlysizeddrill bittodrill the holefortheinsert.Thiswill helpyou
toavoidanymistakesindrilling theholetoobigortoosmall.

REVERSE (MIRROR)IMAGING:
The SV-6826.II Camerahasbuilt-incircuitryto“mirror” the image soobjectson the rightofvehicle
appearon therightandobjectsontheleft appearon the left whenlooking atastandardmonitor.If
yourexistingmonitororin-dashmonitorhasareversecamerainputwherethemonitoritselfperforms
the mirrorimage,thenyourpicturewill notbecorrect.Ifthishappens,the SV-6826.IIcamerahas
wirethatcan becutreversetheimage backtonormal.(SeeWiringDiagram)
