Tips:
When you fry several different kinds of food, always fry the food that uses the lowest temperature•
setting rst.
Do not mix different types of oil for frying.•
Frying already pre-cooked foods may take less time to fry than completely raw food.•
Replace the oil after each 10-15 uses; or earlier if the oil becomes brown and thick.•
• Make sure the Deep Fryer is UNPLUGGED.
• Remove the frying basket and attach the handle to the clip.
• Attach the Control Panel Assembly to the Outer Housing by inserting the latches on the Control
Panel Assembly to the slots on the Outer Housing. Make sure both latches are touching the ends
of the slots so they engage the Safety Switch. This Safety Switch is to ensure that the heating
element will not be powered if the Control Panel Assembly is not slid securely in place.
• Use only good quality frying oil such as Peanut oil, Vegetable oil, pure Corn oil, Sun ower oil,
Canola oil, or Light Olive oil.
• Fill oil in the oil tank between the MIN marking and the MAX marking.
• The heating element will be submerged in oil during use.
• Do not use if oil is under the MIN line or over the MAX line, as either could result in injury to the
user or damage to the fryer.
• Wipe the inside of the viewing window with a little oil to prevent condensation.
• Make sure the temperature control knob and the timer control knob are set to the OFF position.
